Great phone video tool but needs to be redesigned

Getting more and more useless

The only complaints at that time was that I can switch between horizontal and vertical orientations. Then nowadays it rarely works. I use it with Samsung galaxy S10e. Even though it is small and light, Osmo 2 cannot withstand its weight. It keeps giving errors. I gave up with using it.

Does work but not how I hoped

And In under five minutes it started to overheat and smell like burnt plastic. Not only that but my iPhone 7 Plus battery was drained by the dji app 3-5x as fast as the normal iPhone camera app making the dji one pretty much useless. I had my iPhone balanced perfect and it still over heated it might work right for some but didn’t for me. I returned it not as good as I hoped

Go for the Osmo Pocket

I bought this for kids sporting activities and house tours (I’m a Realtor), and it is a headache and giant waste of time. It could be that I am just not doing it right or need a lot more practice, but if so- than this is far more complex than it should be. I gave 2 stars Incase it is just me not be savvy enough to use.
