Too bulky and hard to use

Would not recommend

Posted .Hey Chris, sorry you weren't happy with the battery life. It has been tested to last up to 15 hours under ideal conditions with the gimbal fully balanced. Heavier phones or really active usage could decrease that battery life, but you should still be getting enough battery life to last a whole day (with common usage patterns). If you aren't getting even that, please contact customer support as there could be a technical issue.

Posted .Hey Alex. That is definitely not supposed to happen. What you describe sounds like it's due to a poorly balanced gimbal. This would strain the motors decreasing battery life and possibly overheating the device, causing an unwanted shutoff. Check out our youtube video for a great breakdown of balancing procedure. Very bad

The first of purchase it was working in perfectly use however after a year i am not able to use it due too much of problems going on it .

Posted .Hey Andrew. We're sorry you found the Osmo Mobile to be cumbersome. To ensure the Osmo Mobile 2 has strong enough motors, good enough battery life, and comfortable ergonomics, we chose to design Osmo Mobile as we did without making any sacrifices.
If you are still having trouble with operation I highly recommend going to YouTube for a huge amount of tutorials by both DJI and customers. These are truly helpful. Thanks!

Basically useless

So you can get some great shots with terrible audio. T shaped Lighting Adapters don’t work well. Wish I didn’t miss the return period, now I have a $130 paperweight.

This product will be going back to Best Buy immediately. I’ll just have to get a smiple selfie stick.

I used to have the osmo 1 which used to work perfectly but this osmo 2 would not initialize correctly. Make sure to get warranty if you must have this.

We are bummed that you didn't like to OM2. Did you remove the case from the phone? All iPhones should fit easily - even the iPhone XS Max.

Garbage gimble

Stopped working after 3 months

Posted .TWade, we're really sorry you are having poor performance. While the Note 8 is a large device, with no case Osmo Mobile 2 should be able to balance it well and not harm the motors. Make sure you are balancing all 3 axes. If you are still aren't having success please contact support as this may qualify for warranty replacement.
