This is a great gimbal. I’ve enjoyed it since I’ve gotten it. It’s user-friendly and it offers a lot of education on videography and how to use the gimbal as well. The app is great as well.

This is a really good gimbal for a good price. The feature I like the most is the magnetic attachment that you attached to the phone and to the gimbal. Very useful specially if you get a phone call or message that you need to take the phone out of the gimbal. Looks sturdy too. This is a very affordable phone gimbal so far.

Awesome product by DJI. It worked right out of the box. I charged it, installed the app and I was ready to take pictures and video. It works very well and gives you a unique perspective with the various functions like follow-me and FPV. The fix horizon function is also great and probably the one I use the most. I'll use the follow-me for sports and capturing my grandchildren.

this a great gimbal for mobile with the way the new iPhone 16 pro is the video capability for so many applications is amazing but theres one thing. sometimes you have to move the position of the phone slightly on the mount because of the new camera control button never had it though when shooting where in the app the camera control button interrupted me but once in set up. great price as well easy to learn

Item is great and works very well for its intended uses. Easy to set up and use on the go, I keep this one in my camera bag at all time for catching quick videos and content on the go especially when traveling. We took ours on a recent Disney trip and it was worth its weight in gold.

Got this gimbal a week ago for video shoot with my iPhone and works perfectly for what I need it for would definitely recommend!

Excellent phone stabilizer – smooth footage, sturdy build, and easy to use!

At events I take a lot of photos and videos. This makes holding my phone easier and also allows me to not have shaky visuals. Easy to use as well with or without the app provided.

Cool concept with impressive features, but misses the mark on stabilization. I really wanted to love the DJI Osmo Mobile SE because on paper, it checks all the boxes for what I need as someone who creates content and manages social media. The design is sleek, it feels high quality, and it even comes with a convenient carrying bag that makes it super easy to take anywhere, which I really appreciate. The app is where this product shines. It’s packed with creative tools, camera modes, and intelligent shooting options that can really elevate your content once you get the hang of it. That said, there’s a bit of a learning curve. It’s not something you just pick up and master right away. It can feel complicated at first, but honestly, I think that’s because it offers so much. If it were simpler, it probably wouldn’t have as many capabilities. My advice is to take your time, experiment, and watch a few tutorials. It definitely gets easier with practice. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment for me was that the stabilization didn’t perform as expected. For a product marketed as a gimbal stabilizer, I expected smoother footage, especially while walking or panning. That’s the main reason I bought it, so it’s a bit of a letdown that it didn’t deliver on that promise. Overall, the DJI Osmo Mobile SE is a smart, feature-packed tool for mobile creators who enjoy experimenting with video and want lots of creative options. But if you’re looking for reliable, steady footage right out of the box, you might be a little underwhelmed. Still, it’s a well-made, portable device with a ton of potential. You just need patience (and a steady hand) to make the most of it.

I know that this is an "entry/beginner level" gimbal for cell phones, but i still expected significantly better performance for the price. So the first thing you should know, which I wasnt aware of and definitely wasnt anywhere in the description, is that some of the key features and capabilities, like ActiveTrack, are only available if you download their camera app, turn on your Bluetooth and geolocation, connect your osmo mobile to your phone via BT, and use only their camera app. That was a big deal to me, because I bought this primarily for ActiveTrack. So i really need to make sure my phone is at 100% battery before using, because those two, plus their app, burn through that battery charge quickly! Once I realized this, it actually made sense - the gimbal itself cannot track the subject. Only the camera can do that. And pretty much no camera app has that functionality built into it. Ok, so I get it, and I can live with having to have my BT and geolocation on and using only their camera app. But even then, the functionality really doesn't even work. I can lock in on my dog's face. He can move 1 foot outside of the frame and the camera swivels but not enough to even get his face. Or it turns sooooo slowly that it kind of ruins the video, anyway. Or, best of all, about half the time, it just throws a tantrum and starts spinning in circles and moving from shooting straight up to straight down, and back, over and over. So if you had a big event, you wasted your time trying to record it with this device. Like I said, I know this is considered e try level. But for almost $100 I'd expect one of its core features to at least sort of work. I've spent hours shooting tests, and literally not a single one didn't result in one of the three significant misfires and failures described above. I would give this one a hard pass if I had known this, and cannot recommend it to anyone else.

Works as it should I have no complaints so far. I've only used it a handful of times but does its job and it's very compact. Although I will have to say I do wish it was a little bit faster. Maybe if that was my only complaint, but it's still not a complaint :)

Gimple is very good, very stable. Super strong magnetic force. Good battery life.

This is my first stabilizer and it works great! Decently compact, considering others on the market and not too heavy. Have used it now a few times at events and it's made the biggest difference! Definitely a great value too, since I decided to get this model and not the higher one, as it would be my first time trying it out.

But, if you rely heavily on app audio, use a heavier phone, or want super long battery life, it’s worth weighing those trade-offs.

Stability is very good. It’s easy to access. For the YouTube channels who are doing the blogs it is the perfect product.
