    Excellent sequel after so many years. Never saw the original but learned enough from the flashbacks.

    If your a fan of The Shinning this will peak your interest. Ewen creates a grown up Danny that does not feel unrealistic. Good story and visuals. Enjoy

    Good movie I like the 4,k version came with the Blu Ray director's cut it had 25 minutes added back into movie

    A really great horror film that did really well on being a sequel for both the book and film of The Shining.

    Acting is excellent in the movie does follow book to a point..only reason for four stars is the ending changed from the book..Rebecca Ferguson is great as Rose the Hat,,,

    This movie compliments The Shining (1980) very well. A lot of love, care & respect went into Doctor Sleep.

    Highly recommend watching the directors cut. This is different than The Shining but a thoughtful follow up.

    The discs contain the theatrical as well as the director’s cut. The digital code gets you both versions too.
