The game is okay. I thought it would have more to it given that's its a Switch 2 game. I played it 2 days and have not olayed it since.

I don't understand the purpose, and the price is a bit high.

The game was fine until the end. The finally boss is on way way harder difficulty then whole rest of game. It feels like bait and switch honestly. I wouldn't recommend it based on this.

I wouldve preferred the older donkey kong from the old systems

This game SUCKS! Don’t waste your $80 on it! I loved Donkey Kong as a kid, but this game is nothing like it unfortunately. My kids don’t even want to play it and of course we can’t return it, so we are out $80 for nothing. I miss the days where you could go to the video store and RENT a game so you could try it out and see if you wanted to spend the money to buy it

I tried returning this and Best Buy wouldnt let me becausw it was opened soo I feel I just thre $80 dollars away !! Never buying video games from Best Buy again !! Cuatomer Service werent helpful at all

Such a boring game. They took away the traditional coop and made it awful

I honestly do not see the hype around this game. The gameplay is decent at best but quickly becomes boring. The stages feel repetitive, offering the same structure with only slightly different overlays. Overall, it lacks variety and depth, making it hard to stay engaged for long.

Item was supposed to be delivered on 7/18, FedEx lost the package, had to contact BESTBUY. They said they would ship a replacement. It's 8/07 and BESTBUY still hasn't shipped the item. All they say is I must wait until 8/14 to get a refund. Would not recommend shopping with BESTBUY or shipping with FedEx.

Excellent! Innovative! Fun! As addicting as it is to platform and collect items throughout the game, it's leveled up with the destruction physics. Donkey Kong Bananza is too much fun. Donkey Kong is very humorous and silly, it's just a joy to play and push the platforming Nintendo's Entertainment Planning & Development (EPD) Production Group No. 8 developed into this title. It's like Super Mario Odyssey, but more relaxed and stress free. I hope they introduce a New Game + or Hard Mode. Right now the game is fun and interactive for anyone to pick up and play. To not spoil anything, you don't have to play the game any particular way and can build it out the way you want to play. So I'll play it slower, collecting everything and playing around with he platform mechanics and avoid improving the gameplay as long as I can until it becomes too challenging. I strongly recommend to pick this up and try it out! Full game on the physical cartridge too.
