Great game. Easy to pick up even for my kids which are younger. Would buy again.

Not gonna lie this game is low key hard! But it’s fun! Good luck and well worth it!

I played this game back on the Wii U where it was a load of fun, but I was pretty unhappy paying full price for a re release just to experience the same thing again, Funky Kong adds no value to the game, but it is overall a fun experience.

Donkey Kong Country 1 SNES, is one of my favorite SNES Games. I’m also a fan of the Donkey Kong Country Video Game Series. Getting Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, is a must have for me.

This game is fun and easy in the beginning, but gets really hard later on. If you like a challenging game get this.

Bought this game for my wife's new Nintendo switch lite and she loves it. She says it brings back memories of her teenage years playing one of her favorite games. She has accomplished many levels now and says she has a hard time putting it down once she starts playing. Worth every penny to keep her happy. Highly recommend the game.

If you were a fan of the originals on SNES and the original DKC returns on Wii/3DS, you must have this. If you enjoy platformers in general, this is probably one of the best in terms of game design. I balk at the idea that they took an old Wii U game and repackaged it for the Switch for $60, but it's still a must have if you never played it.

Great game overall, some tricky areas and numerous puzzles to solve.

Great version of D.K. As a game which came out awhile back on U, but recently on Switch. Definitely worth a buy when on sale. $40 is where it should have been when released on switch. Sure by the time I am writing this review, only people reading it are casual fans. Or newbies. Just think Super Mario side scroller, but with more to it. If you like Super Mario cannot see why you wouldn't like this game. Great type of game for handheld mode on the go.

Fun game but it's alot tougher than I expected. It nice that they included Funky Kong mode, makes it a little less frustrating. Also playing 2 player can be fun. I wouldn't recommend it for children under 8 because of the difficulty.

Similar to the original Donkey Kong Country games on SNES -- difficult but fun platformer. Highly recommend.

What can I say this game is a classic and I love it. I recommend this game to anyone and everyone. Bought this game for myself, but now my 8 yearbold grandson likes to play it as well. So ho out and get one for yourself or a family member. I will purchase another two one for my grandson and one for my daughter. It will provide you eith hours of fun and adventure.

the graphics are great, I never played the wiiU one so this was a nice treat. Hard like an old school platformer should be, but really frustrating at times (young kids will get bored), but there is an easy mode

Love the digital quality of this game. I am even more excited Dixie kong is finally back. I’m a huge Donkey Kong Fan so ever since Dixie was introduced and the Kong’s from DK 64 (Tiny,Lanky,Chunky) I’m always excited to see them return in future games as playable. Dixie is the best character in this game so I’m thankful for the creators bringing her back.... Now Just Add Her to Smash Bro’s Please

Awesome purchase. Some levels are difficult but it's a very good game.
