Played this game to death when it originally released on Wii U. I'm happy to say that returning to it after a couple of years with Funky as a playable character makes the game very fresh, interesting, and fun for beginners and veterans alike.

We played with the kids! Super fun! I love Donkey Kong. It bought back a lot of memories for me! My kids are 5 and 9 and they’re having a blast learning to play. The graphics are amazing too!

I love this game, I had it on wii u and haven't played it since I got a switch so I figured I'd buy it for the switch

I was lucky to get the Nintendo Switch while it was sold out. I was so excited to play all the games I used to play on the Nintendo 64 growing up. It brings back so many memories and this game is so much fun!

I love this game. It reminds me of the original game on the super nintendo. The hours I have put in the game or great. I love the addition of cranky kong and the fact that you can play as funky kong in a relax mode. This game is fun for all ages.

Greta game. Fun and boss levels are challenging. Brought back memories of earlier versions on SNES, etc. very fun!!

Classic Donkey Kong at its best. One of the most polished and replayable platformers on the Switch with all the charm and secrets of the SNES Donkey Kongs.

So good. Much harder than I expected! Glad I bought this as nostalgia for myself and not for my 7-yr old. But Funky Mode is a great help, if you need it. Such a great game. Buy it!!

Super fun. Other than most of the game is actually not on Ice lol. No time to play video games - but fills up time between flights and down time.

My granddaughter loves this game. Can't get enough of it. Well have a limit her playing time on it.

As is all of the donkey kong games..this is great just like all the rest..always been a fan of donkey kong and this game is just another reason to love the franchise..

Great game love donkey kong! Had it on the Wii U had to get it for the switch

We picked up a Nintendo Switch this year for Christmas & bought a few games at the same time. This game is fun! Picked this up because it was on sale, wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve really enjoyed this title. It was refreshing to play a side scroll game (vs open world) that has a lot of “secrets” to uncover. This game takes me back to the good old days of Nintendo gaming. Each level has puzzle pieces hidden for you to find as well as collecting the letters to spell “KONG”. Also some hidden levels to uncover. Really enjoying this more than I thought I would. If you’re looking for a title that doesn’t make you search all over to progress the game, this title is for you!

I originally bought it for my son so that I could tell him about when I was a kid and used to play Donkey Kong myself. But when we put it in and saw it was totally different than I remember we were both hooked. Great game with cool graphics.

This is an excellent 2D platformer that brings back that feeling of greatness that this series is known for. A lot of diverse levels has u going through DK island to regain his Banana hord and to reclaim his home back from the Snowmads!!!

It's Donkey Kong. It's fun and engaging and charming. My experience with Donkey Country games has always been that they are fun and easy to play, but if you want to be truly great, there is a challenging aspect as well.

Finally have the chance to play this great game of Donkey Kong. Doesn't own a wii U so I was not able to play this game. So happy that Nintendo bring this game over to the Switch. And now I can continue to enjoy playing Donkey Kong.
