My grandson likes the game, but instantly stopped playing when the new Zelda game came out.

Good game. Reminds me of Donkey Kong Country Lots of fun. 1-2 players

Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze is one of the most challenging and enjoyable platformers that I've played in years. It also boasts an incredible soundtrack.

If you like 2D sidescrolling games and you like Nintendo first party games then, you should prob buy this game. Only 1-2 players but lots of content and is challenging but not impossible to beat game! Great game to own!

We played this on the Wii U and now on the Switch. I like that you can play anywhere and also adds the extra character. Worth it on sale if you already have the Wii U. Or definitely buy if you've never played!

I used to play donkey Kong as a kid, this literally brought back good memories it is a must buy!

this is a great and hard game. Not that easy to pass some bosses. Play in hard mode (without surf board). Then when you finish entire game play in easy mode with surf board.

Love this game. But it is very challenging. Definitely don't recommend for a child just starting on video games.

Really fun and challenging Donkey Kong game. Played co-op mode. I missed out on this for the Wii U, so i am glad they re-released it.

Still playing through it however it’s just hard to accept it’s not like the original but it’s not really a bad thing. Pretty fun and close to the original as it can get.

I own this game on Wii U and its a solid refresh on the Switch. Comes with a new easier mode so its not so ridiculously hard. Load times are more snappy as well. Absolutely great DK game and definitely recommend.

I own the Wii U version of this game and it was awesome so no surprise that I had to pick it up when it came out for Switch. Got at a great price during Thanksgiving but even at full price it's a keeper.

This is one of the hardest games you'll play that is made by Nintendo. Yes, there is a "easy mode" but if you want the original experience, play the traditional mode. Music is great and platforming is just superb

Awesome game!! Play it over and over and it’s super fun to play with my nephews when they come over to hang out.
