Kids are enjoying the game. They like the different options for how to hold the controllers. They also like the different characters/multi player aspect. Very pleased with the purchase! My 8 and 10 yr olds play it the most.

I always wanted this game and I could bought it here. I am very happy.

I bought this game for my 7 year old son and I had just as much fun partnering with him to play it as I did when I was a kid playing the original Donkey Kong Country!! He had never heard of it but it is now a new favorite!!

This was my favorite game for the Wii U, but the console was not one of Nintendo’s finest creations, but it did have some gems - and this is near the top of the list. It’s even more fun on the switch and adds Cranky Kong as a selectable character for beginners.

I’ve always had a soft spot for the original Donkey Kong games since the Nintendo 64 days. I decided to get the modern version of it in hopes of having something similar. I can say that I was no disappointed.

Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze brought back such feelings of nostalgia! The game is perfectly polished! Some of the levels are super challenging but that is what makes this game the gem that it is! Must buy for anyone who owns the Switch!

If you are a fan of the old DK Country games, then you will love this game. It is challenging yet so much fun. I can’t recommend it enough. I am so glad I bought this game.

Donkey Kong has always been an all around family fun game. And this particular Donkey Kong is one of the better platform games. Very nice graphics.

This is by far one of my favorite platformers that have ever been released. Sure this game might have been overpriced when it was released on the switch, since it was a wiiu game. I would still highly recommend this game and it's a blast playing portable!

I had fun from this game, but I felt like this game would be too hard for kids without using the "funky kong" help.

Got this game for my wife and she loves it if you like old school side scrollers then this one is perfect for young and old with its 2 person co-op you can have fun as a couple or with your little one

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze is a great game for those who didn't experience it when it was on the Wii U. It's a fun platformer with all the bells and whistles that come with a remaster. It's a bit on the short side though, and despite the fact that it's an older title, don't expect the price to go down anytime soon since it's a Nintendo game. If that doesn't matter to you, go ahead and give this game a shot.

A great game. This is one of the best 2D platformers on the Switch. If you played on Wii U, there won't be much here for you, but if you've never played it before, I would definitely recommend it.

Awesome side scrolling game. Nice addition to the Donkey Kong Country series. It's a port from the switch, except in this version Funky Kong is a playable character. Diddy, Dixie, and Cranky Kong are in the game as sidekicks, each brings there own skill to use.

This game is super fun to play and easy to learn how to play for my 7 year old. Brings back memories.

Had a blast playing this with my girlfriend. We both love Donkey Kong Country and this is essentially a souped-up version of that. It's a must play for any DK fan, and worth the time of any fans of platformers.

Great game! My kids loved it! It was a little challenging, but after a little you get the hang of the game. So many similarities to the original Donkey Kong game from the Nintendo.
