It’s a port but not many played the Wii U version. It plays great and even better being portable now. I’ve always thought of it as harder than mario, which was harder than Kirby.

The game plays and feels just like old school donkey Kong country games with new ideas and graphics. It is also quite challenging like the older games so the difficulty is still there.

Not really much to say here. Donkey Kong tropical freeze is a great game with solid difficultly. It's fun single player and co op. The new funky mode is great for New comers as well.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas but our entire family has enjoyed it so much. Not to difficult but not super easy. A great family game!

I bought this so my wife and I could play together, the first time we started playing then when we were done we realized we had been playing for 2 and a half hours! So much fun

This is a great pick up and play game. The controls are easy to learn and it has that classic donkey style from the SNES would definitely make this a must grab for the Switch.

Great game based on the classic game. My 14 and 7 year olds love playing and I look forward to the "opportunity" to play with them too. Lots of levels progressing in challenge.

Modern game with a nostalgic feel. Not too hard, but still very fun challenging enough. I've really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend.

The old Donkey Kong crew is back! This is really akin to the old SNES game with lots of fun challenges! Really fun and definitely a trip down memory lane...with much better graphics.

If you liked the original Donkey Kong you'll LOVE this one very fun to play with a balance of easier and harder levels. This game brought back a lot of childhood memories with the Snes!

We are so happy with this tv, it loads everything way faster than Firestick, and switches back to cable tv very fast and easy. So glad we bought!

This is my favorite game. It reminds me so much of playing Donkey King country growing up. It is a little too complicated for my boys but they like to watch as we play!

This Game is so Fun and Exciting! My husband and Daughter play it for hours:) Best Buy didn’t have the lowest price but they had no problem comparing the price to another competitor.

He's the leader of the bunch. Always loved DK. Just something about in ape in a tie is great. Really good game for hardcore platformer fans. Not really gimmicky, just polished.
