Great story line w/ great graphics and color

The new Donkey Kong game fits both profiles. The creativity in the levels captures even my praise. The colors and graphics are some of the best I have seen on the Wii U.

Fun addition to the franchise

It's fairly challenging and you can make it harder by trying to all hidden puzzle pieces and bonus areas. New moves and characters have been added which can add to the challenge. It may be a little too hard for younger kids though but all in all if you like the DK series then you will enjoy this game.

Great game for young and old!

It introduces the 2 new playable friends that add a lot to the game play. The downside is that you cant switch characters in the game like in previous DK games.

Platforming perfection

While it is not revolutionary by any means, this game is hard to beat when it comes to old school 2D platforming. Skilled gamers will find plenty of challenge in attempting to achieve 100% on all the levels.

Super Fun & Surprisingly Difficult!

The gameplay is very challenging especially if you haven't played many platforms lately and finding all of the secrets makes the levels fun to revisit. Graphics are a step up for the Wii-U as well. It's a very fun game to play solo or with 2 players especially if you enjoyed the N64 DK game!

Lot's of fun - but not for smaller children

Great Game

Can be hard/frustrating at times but with all the extra lives they dole out it never becomes a big issue. Lots of things to collect if you're into that.
