I bought this for my grandson and he loves this game. It is very kid friendly and easy for him to control. I would recommend to all whom wants a non-violent game easy for children to play.

This is a great platformer brought to us by Nintendo. It encompasses all the classic ingredients that we are used to in the Donkey Kong Franchise: Platforming, hidden items, puzzles, and bone crushing difficulty. You get three, yes three! sidekicks to be able to switch between. Diddy is the classic hover guy, Dixie can helicopter her way through some tough times and Cranky pogo sticks that cane like a true champion through tough brush and over tough enemies. Overall, this game is highly addictive and appropriate for all ages. It will give you hours of fun and even more so to unlock all the extras and find all the hidden goodness. I give it a hearty two thumbs up!!!

This is a great extension of the classic for the Wii. There wasn't much need for improvement to the Wii version, but this one manages to do so. HD adds a great deal of detail to this game.

This is hands down my favorite DK game. The levels are great and the soundtrack is perfect! Tons of stuff to go back to collect and unlock!

Amazing next iteration of the donkey Kong series. Great visuals, amazing audio. One of my favorite platforming game to date. But the difficulty is love/hate. Man is the time trails tough.

If you love donkey kong country on wii , it's must have for the wii u , tropical freeze is a classic , the game play and the graphics .

I've played every iteration of Donkey Kong, including the original arcade game. This one stands up with the best of them. It's similar to Donkey Kong Country, but with penguins!

The game is great probably the best side scroller to come out since mario brothers. Both me and my kids love the game probably the best game for the wiiu since mario came out.
