I absolutely love the Donkey Kong Country series and this has become my favorite since Donkey Kong Country 2 on the SNES. This game is very challenging but it's fair, not cheap. The music is also amazing.

Difficult game but graphics are great and of course it's Nintendo so it really polished well.

The graphics and game play are very nice, but we were bored about a few hours of play.

Overall this could be a very fun game. However, each level is quite difficult to complete... as well as being too long. I've found that we play the game less and less since we get too frustrated and stuck at certain levels. It's a bit too challenging to really enjoy. I'd recommend it when the price comes down a bit.

I'm a big Nintendo and Donkey Kong fan so I naturally went for it. If you're the same then I suggest buy it, it's worth the fun especially with a friend to do dual player. It's got the same feel as the old ones with new level types. Go for it!

when retro announced their new game at e3...i was expecting metroid. when donkey kong was announced i was a bit dissapointed. but i didnt expect something this good. might be my fav donkey kong game.

This is a very good game for series fan. The graphics are amazing, and the music isn't too bad either. It is very challenging game compare to other nintendo platformers. I would recommend this game for experience gamers, I think younger players maybe frustrated with some levels.

Bought for my girls who love playing Mario on Wii U. They love this game even more. Great graphics, easy to navigate through, loads of fun!

My kids, ages 8 and 10, enjoy playing Donkey Kong Country - Tropical Freeze. The difficulty level is appropriate for them.

I really love this game. The graphics are great. There's so much to do and I found it to be quite challenging. I prefer single player but the 2 player is also fun. This is one of those games I think has a lot of replay value.

This game is pure platforming perfection. Every serious gamer worth their salt needs to play this game. My only gripe is that the Game Pad is only used for off-TV play, but that's a huge nitpick and doesn't detract from the experience at all. Everyone needs to play this!
