Turned #1 FPS Into Kid's Platformer...No Bonuses

My, how the mighty have fallen. This game is for kids. I also NEVER RECEIVED my pre-order bonuses for ordering at BestBuy.com. As for the game, it's hard as nails. Even on the easiest level, there's limited ammo that requires constant weapon switches through a clumsy combination of button mashes. And in a major strategic error, DOOM Eternal has just as much swinging, jumping and climbing (and dying) as it does shooting. What a mistake! The AI is always OP, with you constantly being swamped by enemies that have unlimited ammo and are unreasonably hard to kill even on the easiest difficulty. Another major mistake. Average gamers will quickly tire of the nonsense of constantly dying over and over, and restarting checkpoints just because the difficulty if dialed up so high. That's for the highest difficulty levels, not the lowest. This game has been in our home for 2 weeks and nobody has even wanted to finish it...Despite being on Coronavirus lockdown for the entire time. Now it goes on eBay. The DOOM 64 pre-order bonus was one reason I purchased...But we never received it. I don't understand how a company can delay a game launch by 4 months and still screw up the pre-order bonuses?!? Buy and play DOOM 2016 if you haven't already. It's a much, much better game than this kids shooter!
