    It does what its suposed too but $60 for a game that was made a few years ago is a bit steep

    The Switch version of Doom is the worst version, worst framerate, worst visuals, worst controls, and it's the highest priced at $60. PC, PS4, and Xbone all have it for ~$15, maybe less if you look hard enough.

    The game is great and offers a unique feel compared to other games out especially on the switch, but with the joycon sticks it’s very difficult to play and I found myself having to invest in a pro controller to actually have a good experience and the joycon analog sticks are just not meant for a game like this.

    Multiplayer is kind of grainy, on PC is very graphic intense! So running it on the Switch I can understand. The sounds of the game lacks when you put a pair of headsets on. The story is meh. Zero motion controls, Splatoon is wayyyyyyy better.

    People rave about DOOM and how fun it is. I honestly haven't found too much to enjoy about it. The story is boring to me, the gameplay is kinda fun but repetitive and the level design is average. Just not a huge fan myself.

    I got this game to scratch my old halo and shooter itch on the Switch. While it does somewhat scratch the itch, doom is a little too fast paced for me and that's just not my type of shooter, you may enjoy this game but it is unlike your typical modern day shooter.
