Fast paced, lots of action. Played it without reading instructions, fun and intuitive.

It doesn't matter if your a classic gamer who wants to see Doom brought to the new consoles or someone new to it all together, this game is awesome. Don't be skeptical about my 4 star rating, I took a star away from the launch because it had some issues. Don't worry yourself because they have been patched and you should be read to go. This game is a cross between Halo (the good ones) and Borderlands 2. If your into that, this is the game for you. It still has some cool features and worth at least checking it out.

I haven't even opened this yet but I have played a lot via a friend of mine. The single player campaign is, in just a word.....FUN. It is a great experience, nothing like the cheapness of the last Doom on PS3. Also, the multiplayer is a blast. I paid $15.99 for this but I feel even at $30 you would get your monies worth, especially if you enjoy PvP content in addition to the main game.

My son absolutely loves this game. The graphics are solid and the action is intense.

The classic FPS franchise returns in style as Doom marries the ideals of the original game with modern visuals, an amazing metal soundtrack, and some modern conventions to make sure it plays really well here in 2016. The multiplayer has no interest to me, but I do enjoy the SnapMap user creation feature that lets players easily create new levels and games and share them with the community.

Doom is a fast-paced, fun game. However for beginner players it is hard, even on the casual setting. The graphics are great.

This game is great, lot of action and the price was even better

Doom 2016 is a gaming experience that is just plain fun. Graphics are among the best on the PS4 and it runs at 60 FPS with no slowdown. The game encourages a fast and aggressive playstyle that really makes it stand out among modern shooters. The single player campaign is hilarious on top of having such great gameplay. I'd recommend this to anyone who is a fan of action games.

Campaign is amazing. Beautiful graphics. Online multiplayer is a bit lackluster but it's fully worth it just for single player.

Grew-up playing doom on PC and loved 1 & 2. This 2016 reboot has many elements of the original but has been updated drastically to compete with new shooters. I absolutely love it. Campaign is amazing, multiplayer is okay but most of the depth can be found on the create a map option. If you love shooters, this is an easy recommendation but parents be warned... this is not for kids!

This is a pretty fun, fast-paced game that I would recommend to folks who are fans of Doom. The multiplayer mode is pretty fun.

Excellent game. Excellent graphics and story. A little bit boring trying to find the items but the fights are are super good.

I got this on a whim. No game has made me feel like such a cool guy before. From how Doom Guy loads his weapons to how he attacks the demons. This game gets wild. I'm not even that into First Person Shooters, but this game was so addictive. It's cheap now and certainly worth a shot.

The single player mode offers nostalgic gameplay mixed with modern enhancement bringing Doom up to date in ways that satisfy my current taste in games, yet hint at the games of my youth. The multiplayer feels like a Halo clone, which isn't bad, but isn't groundbreaking. The Snapmap mode is a lot of fun, creating your own content for others to enjoy, or enjoying that which was created by others adds a lot of replay value to the game. Overall the game is worth the investment of money and time.

Wow did this game catch me off guard! I did not expect it to to be as exciting and fast paced as it was! This game will blow you away with non stop action from beginning to end! This is true homage to '90's but with beautiful and artistic graphics. If your tired of the same old shooters we get every year, give this one a try! You wont want to put it down until you beat it!

Amazing music, addictive gameplay, and a heck of a campaign. Get this!

I have played every doom game, so naturally this was a must buy for me. The gameplay on this game is spectacular. Everything feels very fluid, and heavy metal. The length of the game is great, and good luck finding all of the collectables, they are very well hidden! I would recommend this game to people who enjoy playing games alone, and enjoy a first person shooter.

Its very different from what I was expecting but in a good way. Its not like most games where I beat them in a few hours. This game is long with lots to do. It still has a lot of things that I remember from the original game but with some much needed improvements. I like the ability to be able to move around freely and to be able to go back if I missed something.
