This game is fun but pedictable. There should be more save game points, because you play the same sequence over and over from the start of a level. Online is lots of fun too.

Good game. tend to remind me of the ps2 game area 51! Alot of action and but tons of gore.

Doom isn't a game that was on my radar at all. My multi-player time was filled with hours of destiny and overwatch was around the corner. Then I heard how fun the campaign was and why. I enjoy tactical combat and strategic use of cover, etc, but it's plenty well represented in the medium. Doom isn't about that. The system actually rewards you for throwing caution to the wind and getting personal with enemies as quickly as possible. Most of the weapons seem to be geared towards short to medium range combat as well. It makes combat genuinely satisfying instead of a chore, and you are usually glad to encounter a fresh pack of enemies. It isn't a breeze though. If you aren't a little methodical in your violence or if you get too confident, you aren't tanky enough to just take anything to the face. You will die, and fast. The level design and platforming is generally solid, providing plenty of exploration, but not so much as to hurt the flow of action. Finding the secrets can be a chore at times, pretty satisfying at others. They are definitely well hidden. The in game map is reminiscent of metroid. I don't use it very well, but I think that is just my issue. I spent no more than 45 minutes with the multiplayer. It seemed serviceable, but it wasn't the sort of feel and control that I prefer. I didn't purchase the game for this feature at all though, so I wasn't disappointed. Others may get tons of enjoyment out of it. Buy doom. Put on good headphones. Level up your shotgun.

The game is very fast-paced. Graphics and gameplay are amazing. The story is great.

This game is fun! It has the feelings of the classics but now it's faster paced and you have epic Melee finishing move that's different with all demons. The graphics look amazing the creators and their team did an awesome job. Doom has multi player online battles that remind me of quake and unreal tournament

A solid return to the classic Run n' Gun of DOOM. DOOM 3 felt lackluster despite it's graphics at the time so seeing this version hit the screen is a very welcome reintroduction to the series. Beautiful imagery, great gameplay, and such a hard-hitting soundtrack. I love it!

I purchased this game for my son and I have heard him say nothing but good things about this game.

This game is fast and intense! Bloody and violent! Gory and FANTASTIC! If you loved playing the old-school Doom games back in the day, you will feel right at home here. Not much has changed as they didn't need to reinvent the wheel. The game looks amazing and the gameplay is mindbending. Don't expect a first person Resident Evil like Doom 3 was attempting. This is everything that made Doom great.

I really like this game company because they don't try to sell you a bunch of unnecessary DLC's.

This game is an incredibly surprising good time, especially for fans of old school shooters. The soundtrack is fantastic! It really gets your blood pumping once the heavy metal kicks in and waves of demons swarm you. And nothing is quite as satisfying as blowing them all away with your super shotgun.

The game is definitely a nice mix of challenging, cinematic, and fast paced. If you dislike gore and brutal executions, this is definitely not the game for you. (I mean, it is called Doom) It's jam packed with hidden secrets from weapons to retro themed rooms. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Let me first start off saying this is not a game for kids. With that out of the way, if you want to blow off some stress by running around an making people's heads explode, then this is the game for you. Visually stunning, simple straight forward FPS at it's finest. Lock, load, and go :)

Great game! If you loved the originals you will love this Doom! It captures what was great about the first 2 games and adds some new features and makes it modern. Running through levels, finding secrets, and brutally killing demons is what this game is all about. 5 stars, wish I could give it more!

It's DOOM what else can I say. Best fps of the year hands down. If u like playing cod multiplayer look elsewhere lol cause it's all about the campaign here!

I've only played this a short while but this game was worth the wait. It plays really well and has great graphics. I haven't really explored all of the things you can do in the game but what little I have checked out so far is great. If you like these types of games then you won't be disappointed.
