This remake of the Doom game from years ago is a great update for the series and runs very smoothly, but it is also very violent so you have to be into this sort of game.

I've been a Doom fan, since the first few versions back in the early 90's, and they've really knocked it out of the park with this game. The graphics are amazing, and the game-play is intense. You won't want to put it down.

Best game after the original Doom. Very throwback to the original. Hordes of evil demons come at you at will. Cool secret areas to find, and unlock some original levels to boot. Minus a star for the MP that feels tacked on.

With all the hype over BF or CoD Doom comes out of no where to reclaim the throne. While without its own flaws the game is a blast to play and has amazing visuals.

I bought this mainly for my son, he said it was hard, so I gave it try, it's a little difficult if you're not used to playing 1st person shooter games, but the graphics are great and runs really smooth, I enjoy playing it.

While there is not a lot of combat depth, Doom does what it is trying to do very well -- be a fast paced, frenetic FPS that keeps you on your toes.

I'm a player of the original Doom and this is not it....BUT IT IS GOOD NONETHELESS. Much more movement involved, but it's so action-packed and immersive. Love it!!!

I loved this game start to finish. Quick and heart racing game play keeps you coming back for more. I had trouble putting this down and hours passed by quickly.

Fun game. Reminds me when I was young & this game was on the computer. Of course better graphics & what not.

This reinvent for Doom is a great nod to the past. While not what Quake purest wanted, if you enjoyed Doom at all or want a fast paced shooter that is not COD get Doom.

This game is a very fun and fast past paced shooter, that will have you quickly losing hours in front of your TV...but you'll enjoy every second of it!!

Gameplay is fun and Superfast, you better learn to run and gun quick especially at the harder difficulties. POSSIBLE SPOILER HERE BUT NOT REALLY... The end gives no closure so if you want to know how the story ends be prepared to buy whatever storyline DLCs that are planned for release... I did not and truthfully don't want to waste the money. Very disappointing, just when the story gets interesting or for that matter when a story starts to develop the game ends... Also be prepared to read... A lot! All the story details must be found and must be read... Felt like they missed an opportunity for some cool cutscenes.

Campaign is solid, around 10-16 hours depending on difficulty and your skill. Multiplayer is legit too. Only downside is some guns in multiplayer are not in campaign.

Fun game for the little one. If you like shoot em ups, this one will fit the bill

If you want to have fun with no real investment from you, then this is your game. It's fun maybe a little repetitive but fun. Don't expect a huge engaging story. This is a good game when home sick or something.

I remember when the original DOOM first came out on PC. I bought this for my son so he could experience one of the greatest FPS on next gen consoles. He loves it.

It's Doom for the modern age. It's meant to be played for the single player though. Multiplayer is a bit lacking. But the single player is easily worth admission.

Campaign story was great. Everyone talks about the original Dooms and living up to the past experiences. I think for anyone who played the series like myself for hours on end will always have a soft spot for them.

Doom is a welcome change from traditional shooters, theowing away some conventions and innovating in a way that makes gameplay fast-paced and fun.

This game is instant nostalgia, gameplay is simple yet complex depending on your style. It's also very addictive, I haven't touched any of my other games since.
