Well worth the long wait
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being a long time fan I was afraid being disappointed after waiting so long for an album release. After scanning through the songs there were a few couple that really jumped out which made it worth while at that point. After listening to it in whole a couple times it really grew on me. 4 months later it hasn't left my cd player in my car. My wife and I have different tastes in music and she has fallen in love with it also. If you don't initially like it please give it another listen, it will not disappoint!!

Not the best Third Eye Blind album
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always loved Third Eye Blind. Stephan Jenkins is one of my favorite singers and songwriters. However, for me, they have never released an album where 100% of the songs were great. There are always one or two that are mediocre, or rub me the wrong way, or are just downright bad. Usually, though, the albums lean more toward the "great" side as opposed to not. "Dopamine" is not one of those albums. It has some good songs, but more mediocre than not. They originally said this would be their last album, but have since released an EP. Let's hope they keep going, and that they can find their sound again with the new lineup.
