The installation team was excellent. They kept me informed as to what they were doing and needed to do and when necessary, did not proceed until I fully understood why it needed to be done. They were on time, efficient, and informative.

Two tries!! First crew said it would not fit in existing space. I had carefully measured before purchase. They refused to install it. Demanded before second attempt that a carpenter widen the space. Box sat in living room fir two weeks. Second crew arrived along with carpenter I hired. Second crew very goid and installed ovens withOUT additional cabinet cuts. First crew lazy and incompetent.

Excellent work by two very professional people. They arrived on time and were very careful about our property in this difficult installation. The job was completed without incident.

Installer was on time (actually he was early, much to my delight), took care not to damage my floors, very professional, and cleaned up after he was finished. Flawless delivery and installation. Would highly recommend.

Happily my GE double wall oven was installed yesterday and works great

Jason and Jermaine were the two wall oven installer. Both were very professional and corrected my oven that was not properly installed the first time correctly. They leveled the oven quickly and easily. Great job guys!

The ovens fit perfectly to replace my old GE ovens. The crew delivered and installed my new GE oven on time in working order before they left my home. I have used both ovens many times since completed installation and everything work well as I expected! The best thing of all was the Price!

The installation of our new GE Double Wall Oven by the logistics company contracted by Best Buy to do appliance installs showed up within the scheduled installation window (12pm-4pm) and the two installers were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable in how to install the new oven. Excellent service!

After a lot of confusion for the last several months, my Best Buy consultant, Shady, in Rockaway,NJ finally was able to figure out the problem and complete the purchase to my satisfaction. These guys are awesome! Kudos to BB and Shady for delivering my appliance . I am beyond satisfied!

Excellent Installation Service - and it was done on the same trip with take-away, and delivery. Installation staff was experienced and the job was done in only about an hour with no complications.

Best Buys team of installers did another excellent job!!! They arrived on time, were professional and pleasant, and took the old oven away. I have never been disappointed with the Best Buy crew!!!

The technicians who came to measure the week before was the same techs that installed our double wall ovens. The old ovens were out and the new ones installed in less than 30 minutes. Technician crew removed the old ovens for recycle. We will always use Best Buy installers in the future.

I had the double ovens installed in my new kitchen remodel . The technicians were very professional and did a very neat job .

Jake and his partner were able to put in replacement Double Oven properly because the prior installers made numerous mistakes. We could have had a fire hazard from the prior installers. But we now don’t need to worry about this installation!

In retrofitting the new oven into the previous cabinet, we found it a little smaller than the opening. Thankfully the oven comes with its own trim kit. Be sure to check the breaker and wiring from your old oven to ensure it meets the requirements of the new. We had to put in a new breaker.

These guys came in and did an excellent job. They made sure there was no damage to the floor or cabinets in the home. They worked very quickly, mindful of COVID19 standards. Highly recommend them. They hauled away the old oven.

The technician was super careful with the installation process which I totally appreciated since I had just refinished my hardwood floors and am very cautious with them. He installed it perfectly and it looks great.

The men who installed the KitchenAid double wall oven were very professional and personable. They did an excellent job making my cabinet fit the new oven.

I had Bestbuy come out to premeasure for the oven install. We knew it would require a platform to raise the oven since the new oven was smaller than the original oven. The installer came out totally unprepared for the job. He barely had the tools to do the job properly. In fact, another installer had to come out a week later to finish the job. Once it was done, the installation looked great. Just disappointed in the lack of communication between Bestbuy and the installer.
