Yhe installers were very professional, knowledgeable of the product. They explained what they were going to do & did it well. They cleaned up as they went, when installed they too the time to go over the product with us. We were very leased with the installers & their work.

First appliance was badly damaged out of the crate, so had to wait several weeks for replacement to be delivered. New Installation was fine

Our installer, Jason, was excellent and ensured the double wall oven was installed properly and everything was working as expected. Great overview of how to use oven and use Smart LQ features.

Family needed a new double oven of good quality for a decent price. Purchased the GE oven and received more for the price. Oven has all of the features we were looking for and more. Self cleaning option for both ovens so you can still use one while cooking in the other.

Not impressed. Installers seemed rushed or not knowledgeable. The main complaint on the double oven install is that they neglected to take off the blue protective film prior to installing in cabinet so I have ripped blue film all around my oven that I can’t get off. They need to come back and pull oven out and do what they should have originally done.

Overall, the service is good for my oven installation. However, they ask additional charge for power plug modification as well as modify height of my cabinet. Total additional charge is around $400 added on the top of original $200 installation cost. It's a little bit high although all these charges make sense to replace my old oven. Next time, I might get quote from local contractor before asking bestbuy to install it for me.

Even though it took us nearly a year to get the new ovens delivered and installed, including one phone where they informed me I had "cancelled the purchase", everything seems to have worked out ok in the end. Items were delivered, installation was completed by a professional and everyone is more or less happy.

The installation went great! Great installers who knew what they were doing, friendly and professional. They did a better job on the rewiring than it was before.

Very happy with the people who installed my new wall oven. They were very courteous and professional. And before I knew it, oven was up and working, and old one was out the door! Very efficient!

The Premier Logistics installers were wonderful! Not only were they communicative, ontime, and tidy, but helped solve a size issue with the install based on what I wanted as a finished product. Highly recommended!

Installers were professional, took appropriate precautions and did a good job installing. They even measured before removing old unit to be sure it would fit. In the end, it was cheaper than the other big box stores.

Glad I didn't choose to try installation myself. The space available was challenging and the installers had to modify the space and try various options. The installers were very polite and helpful.

JMAC did a great job installing our appliance package! They were very courteous and professional, and efficient! They even did a few things above & beyond what they were contracted to do, and I hope that if we ever need an installation again, JMAC will be the one's sent out!

Installers were professional and arrived on time. Installation was done correctly. There was one hiccup and the installer problem solved to figure out a solution to get the install done. I wish all installs went this way!

Is great professional service and installation. The guys that delivered the wall of an uninstalled it checked it to make sure it would work and explain to us how to use all the features.

Great picture quality but sound could be better. Even when you put it up all the way it's not as loud as what I would like. Not bad but I expected better

Best Buy delivered and installed a Whirlpool double electric wall oven at my home recently. The installers were prompt and polite, and they installed the oven very quickly and then checked it out and then demonstrated the operation. We are very pleased with their work.
