Microwave - Disappointed that we can only work with cooking in 15-second increments also when announcing the completion of the working cycle you can barely hear the Microwave go off

When the oven was delivered I had some cabinet issues that had to be addressed before it could be installed. They actually had to come back twice. Rescheduling was no problem, and when the cabinet issues were fixed, the install was quick and painless. Good job.

They made it look so easy. They literally removed the old unit and installed with great care the new unit (we waited for over 9 months)!

We replaced an older kitchenaide unit that was 17 years old and the microwave door kept breaking. The new unit looks and works great. Installation went great and the new one is much quieter when cooling down.

The installers were professional, they worked quickly. They kept my husband informed as they progressed and gave me a demonstration after installation. They cleaned up their work area and removed all traces of our old oven. they were polite and considerate.

The installation went smoothly. The new combination wall oven microwave slid perfectly into the space to replace the old one. Installers were prompt, courteous, and demonstrated how to use the appliance.

Same KitchenAid oven that we had but is upgraded. Love the rollout bracket for the lower grill. Seems to have a bigger glass door. The preheat function is very nice. The ovens took 6 weeks to come in.

The team that did my oven instal were above fantastic! Very careful, neat, curteous took the extra time to make sure everything worked even ran the oven for several minutes. I hope when my cooktop comes in this is the team I get for that instal. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!

The guys were on time and performed a timely install. They were informative and when they were doing the final set up and found a broken piece, he called right away to have a new piece sent so I did not have to do a thing.

Three people showed up to install my oven. The dimensions of the cabinet where slightly off and easy to fix , yet one of the men , a supervisor, started to argue with me and told me I don’t know anything, I happen to be a licensed certified general contractor . This guy left my house and sat in the truck while the two other guys helped install the oven, I can’t say enough nice things about them , their names are Kunta and Marley

For starters the installers called us to let us know when they would arrive and showed up precisely on time. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing .they were in and out of our home in less than an hour and cleaned up very well before they left.

Kitchen-Aid quality product… having fun trying the variety of options with new ovens. The pull out racks are terrific. Preheats quickly; temperatures just right. Definitely would buy again.

Best Buy sent the nicest guy ever out to install my double ovens. Thomas was super pleasant, very neat, and he knew his business. He is a very experienced installer, and I thought the whole thing was just perfect. I couldn't be better pleased with this installation.

The installers did an excellent job of installing the walled oven. They had to make some modifications, but they handled it so easy, that I was quite impressed of their skill and know-how.

Great oven. Cool to touch. Child lock cannot be used while oven is on, which was disappointing. Sabbath mode feature is very useful though.

I don’t have enough words to say how wonderful these two men were with delivery and installation. They arrived when they said they would and installed in no time at all. They are true professionals. Highly recommend them. Thank you

They spotted a needed electrical upgrade and explained what correction was needed. Once corrections were made, they got back to us quickly and the oven looks and works great.

Good communication, showed up on time, pulled out the old oven and installed the new oven in only about 45 minutes. It is working great. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

In a word, the installation was flawless. The installers were on time, they took care to protect areas of our home, performed the installation with expertise, and provided clear startup instructions.
