My oven installer was going to charge me an additional $250 to install an electrical box (10 min work that my husband did while they waited) behind my oven so be aware of ridiculous pricing when using their contract installers.

Installer showed on time and did a good job. Looks good. Now it's time to bake and enjoy the peoduct.

The oven is fantastic. It preheats very quickly. The quiet close doors and sliding shelf are awesome. Who knew I need all those settings! But.... I would never again buy Bosch from BestBuy. They schedule and confirmed delivery and then cancelled on the morning of the install. THEN... They rescheduled, confirmed by phone call, email and text and then cancelled again on the morning of the install. THEN... on the third attempt, the confirmed for an afternoon delivery but called me at work at 10:00 and said I needed to be home immediately. Between the missed work and the time on hold with BestBuy, it would have been cheaper and easier to get the oven from somewhere else. (Note: I have had Elite Status with BestBuy for 10 years.)

The people that came out to deliver and install the product were very professional and extremely nice. They had to come out a second time to make a correction but did a great job.

I really like the installer of my refrigerator. He was on time, cleaned up after himself, used protective things to not scratch my floor. He was a great installer.
