Best Buy delivered and installed my new double wall ovens. These guys are professional, experienced and quick. Delivered and installed perfectly in about an hour and a half.

The installer and the actual installation were great. The problem was the store failed to schedule the installation, twice, so I spent all day waiting for someone who never showed up. Even after my oven was actually installed, I received email messages stating installation was scheduled two days in the future.

Great installer! It was difficult to remove the old but the installer met the challenge!

Once they removed the old unit we could see the space needed to be just a bit larger, which they took care of quickly. Rest of installation quick and tidy. Very pleased.

Was going to charge me extra to cut some of wood to install the oven which didn’t fit exactly. According to the specs it should of been the same as my previous oven but wasn’t. I ended up cutting the wood myself and saved more than $100

The oven fits perfect and looks great. I haven’t used it much, but the times I have the food has cooked well. Looking forward to trying the convection bake and roast functions.

We had the installers come out in advance to do the pre-measure for the install. They were very precise on their measurements. Made the install excellent upon arrival of the appliances.

My cabinet had to be cut to expand my oven size from a 24" to a 27" double oven. The professionalism of the technicians and the skill of their installation made my day.

We needed an 1/8 of an inch cut out in order for this to fit but BB handled it beautifully. It looks great and works beautifully!
