Install Crew was scheduled to arrive at 8 am. No show so I called at 11 am and was told that a much higher install price was needed. I called Best Buy and they worked it out with the installer. I recommend that you get the install price from the installer in writing when the measurements are taken.

Everything was done very quickly. They were in and out in a couple of hours and fixed any little adjustments that needed to be made.

The third party installation was not as smooth as Geek Squad installation for other purchases. The installer did not arrive in the time period designated and did not call. I spoke with my local store, they contacted installer who then called and eventually came to install almost two hours late.

I ordered an expensive Viking double wall oven. With packaging the item was listed as 700lbs. When offered delivery and install for $200 it made great sense. Although the delivery guys stuck it out and saw it through the delivery and install was terrible. I had 4 guys here install granite counter tops. I had to pay each of them $30 cash to carry the 700lb oven in and the two delivery guys did not even have a hand truck with them - nothing. Then I had to pay my electrician to connect the wiring as the delivery/install guys just stood there and watched. They did not have the equipment or the knowledge to handle this job so the $200 fee was basically a waste of money.

Very nice design. Looks great in my kitchen. You can feel the quality in this American made product
