The installers were friendly, efficient, professional and made sure we had answers to any questions we had.

We thought our installers were very professional.They were on time. They were careful with the unit and cabinetry. They patiently explained the features and tested the unit.

They showed up 3 hours late and they didn't call to let us know they were running late. It wouldn't fit but the guys trimmed my cabinets to make it fit. They had no tools, I had to supply everything. Just happy they did get it installed.

Our installation crew was fast, efficient, and tidy!! What more could you want? Friendly?? Yeah they had that down, too :)

Who would want to install appliances, let alone premium appliances? Best Buy has done a great job installing appliances I bought from them, so I expect good things this time.

Great crew! They had to trim surrounding cabinet and move eletrical box. All sounds ent well and they were very nice too

Took great care to protect the house and cabinets. Unfortunately left some plastic in the oven, and when turned on, burned to the bottom of the oven creating a mess.

We were called 30 minutes before they arrived and were very professional. Took only 15 minutes to install. They made sure it was clean and working properly
