The installation went very easily and quickly. Louis did an excellent job and was very adept at making the needed modification to fit the oven in the space.

I had removed and altered the opening from my prior JennAire per instructions from my pre-measure. The new oven was installed quickly and easily

Great oven system with both convection and regular oven. Broil has 2 levels and is super fast. VERY quite oven and great sliding lower shelves in both ovens.

I bought this oven over 3 weeks ago and it is clear that Best Buy was super customer service oriented to get me to pay over $2,900. Now that I’ve done that, they’re done trying. It takes an inordinate amount of time to get someone to answer the phone. I’ve left two voice mails and was recently told that staff have no idea how the voice mail system works. All they have done so far is measure my kitchen, and it took 2 weeks afterward to give me a quote for the carpentry work required. I have to call them to keep this moving since they are not even trying to follow-up. I started this in early November to be sure it would be installed by Christmas... I’m at the point where I’m going to cancel the order if they cannot make this happen.

The installers arrived on time and had the old double oven removed and the new one installed in 30 minutes. They were very pleasant and courteous.

I buy applliance at Best Buy because of the ease of installation. These guys are prompt, experienced, polite, fast and clean up behind themselves.

Installation folks were great. Knew what they were doing and made sure everything worked.

The workers were on time!! The installation required a change from a wall plug to a hard wire for the electric. They were highly competent and did a great job.

Measured and made adjustments so the oven fit. They cleaned up and sanitized the oven afterwards. I would use them again.

Awesome oven . It has been improved over last model as this one is a convection. Makes cooking so much better.

The two men did a nice quick job. They were able to fit it in the hole in the cabinets, which they had to enlarge slightly. They cleaned up afterwards. Very happy.

The installer had a hard time installing the bottom vent frame. They must have tried it for at least 20 minutes, but were not able to install it correctly. Looks out of place, seem like I will be to install it correctly myself

Crew listened to concern about ovens not being level during installation. They did a terrific job adjusting level and were very professional.

The Oven needed to be installed twice because of a issue with the coating inside of the Oven. The installer did a great job we were really happy with everything.
