These installers are polite, professional and slick. They know just what to do and clean up after themselves. Geek is my go to people for many things.

Oven was installed. However, the trim was left with gaps. There was a big gap in the cutout showing and I had to ask the installer to remove the oven and put the feet on. (I had to read the instructions to show the installer what to do). The installer was about to throw away a necessary piece of trim, until I asked to keep it. He couldn’t figure out how to put it on. Later I put it on myself to close another gap. I said I didn’t like all the gaps and alignment. The installer responded by saying “it looks good to me”.

Best buy apparently does NOT have enough installers we were bumped two times because they ran out of hours in their day. When they finally came for the third appointment they were here about 5 minutes. We had taken out the old unit, we're still waiting for the $20 haul away fee back. The guys slide in the new model, set the clock and left. When we asked about the trim pieces we were told they were both for the top where we didn't have room for them. As it turns out the thin one was supposed to be installed on the bottom, needless to say we did that ourselves. Not a good experience, Best Buy. The product seems fine.

The ORBI wifi system works great. Coverage is awesome. Easy to set up. Would definitely recommend.
