I was a bit apprehensive purchasing a double oven replacement as well as install services (there are no standard dimensions and it's hard to know what lies behind what is there. Installers were VERY efficient, made minor interior mods and did a beautiful install job. Very happy with all installation services I have purchased from Best Buy and this experience was no exception.

The installation was executed efficiently and quickly. The unit weighs nearly 900 pound but he had the right equipment to hoist it up and into the cavity.

Installation was completed on time on the scheduled date but a trim piece was not installed and he came back a few days later and did that. The original install date was cancelled because Best Buy lost the oven and it had to be re-ordered and that delayed install by 2-1/2 to 3 months.

I am sorry I don’t have a name, but he was by himself and he installed my double oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. He was very professional — no wasted time, took care not to damage floors, cabinets, and appliances. He made sure everything worked properly. Every employer’s dream would be to have such an employee!

Very happy with kitchen aid double oven. Replaced existing Thermador double oven after 17 years. Purchased kitchen aid based on reviews, specs and looks. The installers from Best Buy were professional and knowledgeable when installing, fits good and looks great. It works great and very happy to use on a regular basis. Heating of oven is excellent and cooks evenly.

while pleased with the wall unit oven, installation was close to traumatic. we thought we'd covered all bases with the questions regarding this oven fitting easily into the cupboard opening. the two gentlemen who delivered the oven were nice and able to lift it into place, but the unit would not recess fully as the power box was in a different location than the previous model twelve years older. less than a week from thanksgiving and i have the oven sitting in the exit for the deck, the former unit heading out in the back of the van. i lucked out with my husband doing the cutting and rewiring, and getting back on the installation schedule two days before a houseful of guests arrive for the thanksgiving dinner.

The installation crew kept communications open to let me know when they would likely arrive, that is huge! Once they showed up, they were professional and courteous, and removed the old oven and installed the new one in under 30-minutes; very impressive indeed. They were very careful as they maneuvered around corners in the entrance and hallway to make sure not to scrape stuff, they were meticulous in the installation, and left me very satisfied with their professionalism.

Installation of double wall oven went smoothly although this was more a product of our advisor measuring and it being a drop-in fit. No cutting or modifications were involved so not sure how that would have gone. Installation was by a third party company.

Rating based on the overall experience, including Best Buy's response. Their contract installer would rate zero or one star at the most. The initial delivery and attempt to install the new oven was met with some problems. The installer, upon removing the existing oven (same brand and size profile, but 13 years older model) found that he would have to make some minor modifications to the wall behind the oven in order to accommodate the electrical cord, which had a different configuration than the old one. He was not equipped to do so, and refused to do the work, saying he wasn’t authorized to make any modifications. He said he could not stay until we called Best Buy to clear up the misunderstanding, and ended up leaving the oven in the middle of our kitchen floor. I called Best Buy to escalate, and they contacted the installation company. The installation was eventually rescheduled for the following afternoon with a new installation crew and the oven was successfully installed to our satisfaction, though not without some challenges. While the job was eventually completed, it was distressing for me and my wife to have to argue with the installer over what he could and could not do, and would recommend better coordination between Best Buy and your installation dispatch to ensure that qualified people are sent out to the job site. The first installer talked about a pre-delivery measurement that should have been done, but this was an online order, with delivery, installation and haul-away ordered all at once, with no direct interaction with Best Buy staff. Overall, we were disappointed in the level of service provided by Best Buy's contractor. Best Buy themselves did a good job of following up to ensure the job was completed.

We had this wall oven combo for 14 months now. It arrived on time and installed by Bestbuy team almost perfectly. Lower left corner is a little protruding from the cabinet. It was not well fitted in the kitchen cabinet wall unit. Cons: 1. The writing is in gray letters on black background, and senior citizens cannot see it, so literally not able to use this product! 2. The 3 grills are difficult/ impossible to place back if you take them out for a taller tray. I am afraid not to break the oven light bulb if I persist in putting the two grills back.

Love it, but at 1 year both oven lights are stuck on, so now will try Kitchenaid Warrantee or will have to pay $75 deductible on my home Warrantee policy

Installers were great. Took their time and made sure the double oven went in without any issues. I could not have been more pleased and impressed. 1 piece of trim was a bit warped and after trying for 30 minutes to get it right, they called BB and got a new piece sent. Having watched them I am confident I can install the trim piece once it arrives!

The installers had to do extra work because the new microwave/oven combo was 6" shorter in height. The installers were friendly and on time. They did a good job but did not exceed my expectations since I have to have another craftsman come to do a little finish work.

The two guys manually carried the oven into the kitchen, thereby protecting the hardwood floors from any potential damage if they had used a hand truck. There was just one minor problem with the oven door being in the locked mode, but they resolved it.

We had a problem with our cabinet pulling away from the wall. It took a while to get the situation straighten out and that is why I only gave 4 stars. The manager at the store was wonderful and got the situation under control.

The install team while arriving a later in the day than planned (instead of 12-4p, arrived around 5p) but they were so professional, fast and complete with the install, the slight delay didn't matter much at all. I would say they removed and carted away the old oven and had the new oven installed in the wall in maybe 15 minutes (including having to make some minor adjustments to the cabinet to get the new unit installed.

The installer actually called to see if he could arrive 30 minutes early for an appointment, something rarely if ever experienced before. The two employees worked efficiently and competently to remove the old ovens and replace the new ones. They were clean, neat, organized and took care with the appliance and my home. They provided some basic advice on the operation of the ovens and removed all trash and were in and out in no time.

My first time purchasing a wall oven. Decided to go with the GE Cafe double oven. I am very pleased with the purchase! I was especially happy when cooking Thanksgiving dinner. I had both ovens in use at different settings and temperatures. Well worth the price. I was pleased with the installation and professional performance by the installers. I will use the installation team from here on out.

It's nice to see a job well done when it comes to installations. We had a new Wall Oven installed, and the team did a prompt, clean, and efficient job to make sure this new unit was properly installed and operational. Kudos.

The man that installed my double oven was so professional. He had been working way beyond his normal hours, but did not try & rush through my job in any manner. He also was alone, which made it so much more difficult for him to lift & etc. He cleaned up everything & was very respectful with us & our property. We were very impressed with him for sure.
