Absolutely Perfect Installation!!!

They came in and removed the old oven (which was not even attached to the housing!). And Popped in the new oven in 15 minutes. They were very kind, polite, courteous and great guys! Then instructed us on how to "cure" the oven for one hour, use the settings and all the features. Great guys. Also the guy who came in to measure the old oven was spot on with the measurements!!! Great experience - Best Buy ROcks!!!!

Did a good job

Beware to measure your cabinet opening and make sure it's at the exact requirements needed before they arrive...our new wall oven cabinet was not to the requirements needed, so they had to come back when our cabinet company made the size correct.

Professional, On-Time, Friendly Installation

They called and were able to arrive early (very thankful of that). They knew what they were doing and had to modify back of cabinet to correct cable differences from previous GE installation. Installed quickly. Friendly and explained installation and unit operation. Very professional job. Removed old unit and all trash, and cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend!

Nightmare Process

I had researched and dealt with GE for replacement of my 27 year old GE Double Ovens for over a year. This model and size was to be the ideal replacement. BUT, the process was a long and an experience I would not want anyone to endure. If, all goes well and at the same time, (Delivery, Haul Away, and Installation) maybe, but it took me over a month. Ordering process, easy. But, Best Buy sent a damaged un-boxed unit to begin with. Installers brought to my attention and process started over. Newer ovens have a shorter "whip" which I was unaware of, and then you have to have an electrician involved. I accepted delivery and hired electrician and scheduled Haul Away. Persons sent to Haul Away are not qualified to remove Double Ovens, so electrical behind old units could not be accomplished. Finally the electrician and my husband had to remove the ovens. New electrical box installed and requested for installers to come back. Again, you are in an install wait line. Signal from ovens said "Bad Line", GE contacted for explanation, and Electrician again had to come out. It was a back and forth between the next trip from the installers and the electrician till the Double Ovens sitting on kitchen floor gave a good signal. Best Buy Geek Squad assistance with the exception of Heather was poor. You speak with a different rep with each on hold call in. (Even with an escalated case.) I had one Best Buy rep, Jennifer, that was screaming on the phone to the Haul Away reps while I spoke with rep Heather on another line. Heather apologized for the incident. This installation required 5 trips to my residence which were finalized with my direct contact and plea to the local installers. Even up to the end, Best Buy was cancelling install appointments . Appointments were made, not put into the online system, and right up to the end, cancelled the day before. (We almost missed a scheduled vacation, if the local install team didn't make a last ditch trip to put ovens in). Best Buy did provide a gift card and removed Haul Away charges, but it hardly made up for the inconveniences. Ordering is easy - Price was fair - Product good - But the process was unexpected. We would recommend the ovens, we commend the installers, but believe dealing with a one source representative, would be the best route to pursue with this type of replacement.

Great Install

They went above and beyond because the site survey had not noticed that our breaker was only 30 amps, while this oven required a 40 amp breaker. They continued the process of removal / installation while I went to get a new breaker. They even helped to install the breaker for me. So, while the Site Survey didn't do their work adequately, they made up for it.

Oven is probably good

Best Buy manager useless and unresponsive. Won't ever buy an appliance from best buy again

I think Best Buy needs to check an algorithm for this process, I shouldn't be getting emails to rate the product and the installation when they haven't happened and it's all been scheduled through Best Buy, I'm not using a third party. The delivery and installation was originally scheduled for June 4th, the day after purchase I received an email that the oven could not be delivered until July 8th. So I am still anxiously waiting. Would love the opportunity to update my review once I actually get the appliance.

Installation of 27" G.E. wall ovens

I was a bit disturbed that the replacement model G.E. oven was slightly taller than the 27" G.E. model being replaced. The installers trimmed the cabinetry without to much hassle, but at extra cost, of course.

Combo wall oven and microwave unit installation

They previously had installed our new cooktop and dishwasher and are the best appliance installation team ever!

Great install team!

They were super knowledgeable and cautious when moving it in and hooking up the electrical. There was a slight space at the bottom which they easily filled the gap with a stainless steel spacing part that matched the finish of the oven. Very pleased with the service and install.

Installation of GE Profile 30” Double Wall Oven

In any event, they were professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They knew the product well and enabled me to rest assured about the installation. They also walked me through usage instructions. All went well and I’m enjoying my new double wall oven.

Finally fixed after 6 times by others

It took three months to replace my oven after the wrong parts ordered, the wrong repair orders, making appointments, and not showing up. Please note, all this was BEFORE the COVID! The 5-star rating was for the LAST service company sent...

Double Oven Install Bay House

Your install technician, Terry, was awesome! Very precise, perfectionist, well mannered & a pleasure to have in our home. He verified & tested everything to make sure the fit was correct, that both ovens worked & all was level. We are extremely pleased with his knowledge & service!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They protected my kitchen floors from damage and keep me in the loop on everything they were doing. They left the house clean after explanining how to use my new appliances. Great installation

Appointments were scheduled and were met. I got calls in advance so I knew when they'd show up. There was one appointment to measure and one to install. The installer took enormous pains to make sure the oven would sit well in the cabinet. He did a really great job and it was a difficult and tight fit.

Wonderful oven

However, that being said, I still haven't figured out all the features, but I'm working on it. I wish there was a training class.

Double oven installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.What a great experience, I was replacing a 30 year old oven/microwave combo and was fearful that it might not fit. The guys that Best Buy sent out were very thorough in explaining what they were going to do and were confident it would fit with very little demo work. He did have to make a few saw cuts to open the top of the cabinet but it slid right in afterwards. Boy was I ever relieved. Thank you guys!!

They came on-time and installed and test it out. It was quick and on-time service. Can't complain about installation service from BestBuy. I had installation service from Homedepot, Lowes. But, BestBuy folks were the best. Don't go with Lowes for installation service. The Best buy is the best way!!

Whirlpool Double Oven

He ran into some issues since the one he was replacing was older and the wiring needed updated and the opening cut out larger. He was patient and the install looks great! I hope this one holds up as well as the Kitchen Aid one it replaced.

Beautiful job, pleasant to have in house, asked for approval to cut away needed areas before cutting, explained details carefully. Even cleaned up! Highly recommend this team! I love my new ovens!!!!
