A good value and even if we need to pay for the extra for any customization work not included with the standard installation. Highly recommend it if you buy a major appliance in order to have it properly installed by a license professional.

Ultimately got installed. Can't complain about quality. It was not the installer's fault that the BestBuy warehouse could not coordinate delivery to the installer so that the appliance and installer were there at the same time. Loved the installers and quality of work. Coordinating with BestBuy was challenging.

Guys arrived on time and even gave me a 30 minute warning before they showed up. They were very aware and took precautions to make sure the house stayed clean and nothing got scuffed (laid out mats and pads, made sure the area was clean afterward). Great installers.

Very polite and knowledgeable team of 2. They went the extra mile to be courteous and helpful. Appliances are sold by many different stores BUT it’s the people who interact with customers that makes the difference. These two are an incredible asset to your business. We will consider purchasing again because of their service.

We had two guys come out to install our wall oven. They did a great job with the removal and installation. No scratches or dents. They did an excellent job cleaning up as well. Before they left, the guy gave us some tips on how to use the oven. They even turn on the lower oven to burn off the newness. They left the kitchen and driveway clean too.

Replacing my 3 year old oven after the Great Flood in Louisiana, Tried for the exact oven and got close with a steam upgrade. That thing is HEAVY! took 4 of my construction guys to lift it to a specially made platform in the cabinet. But i love it.

Samsung Chef Collection Oven is the top of the line over the range microwave oven which lives up to its name. It places all the necessary selection options into the front but, low and centered, for ease of use especially when you are busy in your CHEF kitchen. The oven is made with the latest features and the build quality is on display! It stands out in the kitchen. The only place where "Well Done!!!" is accepted.

They did a nice job of the installation... no issues the wall oven fit correctly so went in fine. At the end the technician explained new oven needs to 'cook off' So he set the timer for 45 min at 425... made a lot of smoke and a strong odor. Reason was they left two plastic ties on the top self, which melted, burned and ran all down the sides of my brand new $1250 oven. We got most out by scraping and using paint thinner. Obviously this sort of carelessness is not expected.

Not too bad. As ever, the installers come in and say ‘oh no this wont fit correctly we will have to take this back and you will have to get a different unit’, and then you say ‘no, i measured the opening and i know the dimensions of the new oven, and lets put it in’ and they put it in, and then magically it works without a problem.

The appliance arrived on time. I received a call from the Best Buy team regarding their appointment time. The team showed up on time. The team presented questions to me about the appliance. I am very pleased with the appliance and the appliance is beautiful.

The team arrived within the time window and did an excellent job. They took out the old oven and replaced it with the new oven. After the installation the team leader explained how to operate the new oven. The team was very professional and friendly. We were pleased with their performance.

Nathan and his crew are the best. They are professional, communicate their fees, timeline, and what needs to be done so there are no surprises. They are careful and precise, completing the install with excellence and they clean everything up before they leave. The best install company ever!

Very, fast and professional. They did good job adapting to cut wall unit which fits beautifully. We were told in advance there would be additional costs when they had to cut through the cabinet. They demonstrated how to use the features. The area was cleaned up nicely afterwards. I’m very happy with the installation.

they did a good job, even though my family was likely hard to communicate with (this was a gift; the people receiving the professional speak English as a second language). Overall, i find buying large appliances from Best Buy to be hit or miss when it comes to installation and delivery, but this one went fine.

Installers were very nice and did a great job. They discovered damage to oven incurred in transit and pointed out to me. Oven was replaced with another and I requested same team to come back to install. They were great again. Highly recommend!

After comparing reviews, purchased an LG 2 cu. ft 1200 Watt uwave to replace our old Sharp. It was already on sale, but I took a chance on an open box unit for further discount. It arrived quickly in original packing and looks brand new. Not surprisingly, it looks and works great after less than 5 minute installation.

The Appliance is good, with lot of functions, Only problem, It took more than 2 months to have is delivered and installed

Exceptional installation service for my oven wall unit. Service installation technicians were very professional and customer oriented. Even assisted me in a slight adjustment of the cabinet runners adjustment so that the oven would fit properly.

The men that delivered and installed our double oven were fantastic! They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable as to how to insert our double oven after discovering our old ovens (which they removed and disposed of) were slightly larger. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up everything. After receiving such wonderful service, we decided we will buy all future appliances from Best Buy.
