I was impressed with the know how and professionalism of the installers who replaced a double wall oven. These things never go as smoothly as anticipated, as was the case here, but the guys on the job were efficient at coming up with solutions. It is rare to find installers that are as educated, intelligent, professional and hard working.

Robert with Custom Installs did an excellent installation 10+. It was a tight fit and he made it fit perfectly. He was aided by his assistant James. Clean, efficient and courteous. Proper Covid-19 precautions were observed. Robert tested the oven to make sure everything was in order.

The team that installed had a hiccup regarding our electrical box placement and let us know exactly what we needed to do before they could install. While this issue for delay in installation wasn't their fault, we wished we had of known beforehand to prevent two trips out by the installation team. Overall, the install team did a great job!!

The professional installers came to our home on scheduled date and time. This team installed our microwave, double oven and cooktop stove. They were knowledgeable, efficient, fast and left no signs of work. They showed us how to use each one of our appliances. We will request them to install our next appliance purchase.

An on time professional appeared as scheduled and made easy work of this. Out with the old and in with the new!! Seamless removal and installation. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and very conscientious. Very pleased customer here!! Highly recommended!!

The two gentlemen who installed this double oven for us were very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the install process. They were able to position this new oven in an optimal way to fill the existing opening.

The installation team did a fantastic job. They took their time, made sure we were satisfied with the installation, put in the proper breaker for the larger power draw of the Viking. They also followed all the guidelines for coronavirus safety. Bottom line, they were top notch!

Installer was excellent and professional. Scheduling issues had him only installing a cooktop, but he was able to install the microwave, double oven, dishwasher and cooktop all at once so he would not have to come back. I was happy to have everything done.

Overall this performs well. I didn’t consider other brands because I was replacing an older GE double oven and figure there would be no issues with the fit. GE was offering a gurantee would fit or they pay for modifications. We had install through Best Buy installers and they ended up having to make customized $175 stand to get it to fit. So I applied for GE fit rebate and found out denied because this was last year’s model and rebate is only eligible for current year models. If I knew that I would of consider other brands.

Initially, I thought about installing the double oven myself. Boy am I glad I paid for the installation. The two guys that came to do the install were very friendly and courteous. This oven is easily over 200 pounds. These guys knew exactly what they were doing. The process went so quick and smooth. This was money well spent!

This was the second time the same crew came for installation. Unfortunately, due to a defective product on the first installation, they had to come back to install a new one. Both times, the installers were very pleasant and professional. Good job guys!

This installation could not have gone any better. Professional and competent team of three. Courteous. Beautiful installation, totally cleaned up afterward, explained product, gave me their business card should I have any questions or need anything. Just the best service!

Great installation team, very efficient and did a great job demonstrating the general use of the double wall oven. The ovens are amazing. My wife is thrilled with their ease of use and baking, air frying, etc capabilities. Would highly recommend.

Installers for our wall oven were on time, professional and courteous. Received a call the day before of the scheduled time frame for the install, and they were either right on time or a little early, and called 10 minutes prior to arriving at our home. I was very pleased with their work and dedication to having a satisfied customer.

Two gentlemen did a GREAT JOB installing this 27" double oven into an enlarged opening (done by separate contractor) where an old 24" double oven used to be. LOVE the fact that we could upsize to an oven 3" wider. That is a game changer for two great chefs!!!

The two men that delivered, installed and removed my old oven were very professional and took great care with the work. They made sure the unit fit perfectly into my space and it looked great.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of our installers. Of course the oven didn't fit into the old slot but the installers did a great job opening up the area and a really good job cleaning up.

installation was flawless, the 2 techs were able to navigate the area with a large, heavy oven, establish electrical service with no problems, and fit it in the cabinet perfectly. The were polite and pleasant as well.

The team did a great job. They had to do some cutting that cost an extra $100 so the total install was about $320 however I think it was worth the cost. I wouldn't have been able to do that install myself that's for sure. I am happy with the service.
