Danny came and installed our oven within an hour, even considering he needed to make a cut across the top of our cabinet for it to fit. He did a great job, can't see the cut after the install, and he was very courteous.

The installation crew was very professional. The geek squad needs help operating as professionals. I requested AM service three times. The first was a "no show - no call", the second, they needed to rescheduled, finally they arrived after 4PM on the third try.

The new oven was replaced because of a missing part. It took a long time to get it (6 months) but was replaced efficiently on the scheduled date. This is a great oven. Feature-packed yet simple enough for the non-cook to use.

Our installers were awesome! Very professional & courteous. Rick even took a few minutes while Anrique was wiring the oven to fix the tracks on a lower drawer under the oven that had popped, even though they were already like that and their condition was not due to anything the installers had done. Great work guys!

Guys we’re very profesional. It was a third party company that came out. Was not geek squad that delivered the oven. I’ve had both deliver appliances for me and by far the third party was better. Geek squad unbox everything at the truck and these guys unbox in the house and didn’t damage anything. Good job.

My LG Double Wall Oven LWD3063ST was installed by Best Buy Technicians. The installation was done right and accurate. The technicians were very professional and did a great job.

The technician who installed my new KitchenAid double wall ovens was on time for his appointment and did a wonderful job with the installation. He had to enlarge the border of the previous oven containment and this was done with precision and skill. The new ovens fit the expanded opening like a surgeons glove.

The installation went well. I did have to run out an get an electrical connector that would work for the wipe to the outlet.

We were contacted via texts and phone of date and times for appointments. Received advanced 30-min arrival time on the day of. Installers were courteous and knowledgeable. Take time to explain things.

The same team did our pre-installation review and later installed the oven. On both occasions, they gave us a good estimate of their arrival time, were masked and wore protective shoe covers. They were very professional and efficient. Great customer service.

Seems the installation of Best Buy appliances are through a third party, and these people are not customer friendly. they cancel at last minute, or reschedule and give excuses. Say they will call back and don't. Best Buy may have good products and good prices and I like the sales staff at my local store, but I really wish they would change the installation and have the Geek Squad do it, or bring it in house. the poor experiences I have had with them will effect if I buy things form Best buy in the future.

This is a beautiful addition to our new home. The looks are as great as the quality of the product. Best Buy installers were excellent, on time and fast. We were glad we went with them for out entire kitchen.

Loved the white glove treatment and the COVID care to get the installation done. They came in, explained what they will do, how long it will take, got the work done, cleaned up the place and left. Very professional.

My double wall oven was carefully handled and installed. They assured safe and perfect fit and demonstrated how the product should be operated. I was happy and satisfied with highly trained professional services.

These guys did a great job. They called when BB messed up the scheduling and rescheduled on their own initiative. Also, they did a professional job and completely checked out the oven's operation.

The guys who came out from Best Buy to install the Double Oven for us was very helpful. They did a wonderful job to remove the old oven, and fix the top cabinet in order to put the new oven in. Very friendly and helpful. Hand ups for them.

Very professional personnel installed my new oven and removed the old one in an efficient manner. They removed all shipping materials and left the area clean. They checked out the new oven for proper operation as well.

Arrived on time and followed all safety protocols. Cleaned up ever thing. Also help solved problem of not getting spacers that were to be included with my double oven. Listened and proceeded to install oven after our conversation as discussed.

The installers I have been assigned to from Best Buy have all been great! They keep you informed of their arrival times , arrive on time, get the job done with no hiccups and are pleasant people all around.
