KD and Payton Delivered and set up our double oven They were both very courteous and knowledgeable On setting up the oven would definitely use them again

The contracted installer was very professional and ensured that the oven was installed properly, taking care to not make any lasting mess and to carry off the old oven and materials as contracted.

The guys arrived on time, brought the combination micro/wall oven in without any damage, and installed it perfectly. They made sure it was fingerprint free on the stainless surface and showed me how to operate it’s electronic features.

Double wall oven installation was fantastic! The installer had all the parts, was very experienced with what he was doing. Couldn't be happier with the install experience!

The men that delivered and installed my double wall ovens were knowledgeable, efficient and very nice. They answered my questions and corrected a potential problem they found in the wiring.

This oven is the the best I have used! The cook time is better than any other oven I have seen or used. Cook through and through for great taste and texture. I would buy this oven again. Great/awesome buy.

No issues with this double wall oven...One annoyance is that it doesn’t come with a owner’s manual...I love the menu screen and how you can operate the oven remotely....I highly recommend this oven

Very helpful the first oven they brought was broken, not their fault but they work with us to remove it and put in the new one when the new one finally shipped.

Bought these after olf ovens (couple of decades) died. It has been a couple of months and I am very happy with how they work. Controls are intuitive and the temperature in my usual recipes seems to work well. No harm that these double ovens look good too!

installer called 30 minutes prior to arrival. he had to modify the existing cabinet for the new 30" oven to fit in the old 27" opening an it looked great when he was done.

The installers used by Best Buy were first class in every department. They arrived on time, knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it and left no mess at all. I was pleasantly surprised and would use them again in a heartbeat.

It was really hard to find oven with microwave combo. Bestbuy provided exact fit for our kitchen. Installer installed it without any issues. Removed old one and new one fit exact in the space.

Even though we replaced a different brand, it was pop the old one out and the new one in. The new units are smaller, but they have more volume (capacity), so with space we gained we were able to add a storage drawer below the new unit.

Professional team, they know what they’re doing. The only thing I didn’t like was their timing, they said they’re on their way and they came 3 hours late

They called day before to confirm, efficiently removed and hauled away old built-in wall oven. Then install/set-up. they went over all, made sure unit worked properly, and asked if any questions prior to leaving. Checked every box of expectations.

The teams that Best Buy has for delivery and installation have always been great. They are very prompt, very courteous and do a great job. I am always more worried about the quality of the product than I am the install team. That is a nice comfort.

Was very pleased with the installlers from Best Buy. Although they couldn't mount the oven flush to the opening like the old one they were gracious enough to try and figure it out and get back to me about how I could have it done with the kit.

The installers were efficient and courteous; they made sure we knew how to operate our new wall oven/microwave combo before they left.
