The crew was on time and did a great job except one item. The bottom trim was not installed correctly and after several calls to Best Buy, still nothing. After a week of waiting, I took it upon myself to remove door and reinstall the bottom trim and bend into place. To this day Best Buy has not followed up to see if anything was done or to call the installers to get a tech out to fix it.

I know there have been many delays for products and services during the pandemic. Still, to have an oven ordered in February, promised for delivery in April (which seemed excessively long) not to be delivered until June doesn't make for a happy customer. And, the reps sent out to assess the cabinet situation and prep for installation seemed woefully incapable of doing the job. They cited the wrong size for the cabinet opening needed though it was printed out on the info given to us by BB. And they came out without the tools needed to access the cabinet to take measurements. Now, we're finding the oven takes a very long time to heat up prior to cooking. Everything considered, including the limited selection of ovens at BB, I don't recommend buying from them.

I were informed several times in a day before that the installation will be from Noon to 4PM of the next day. But in the next day I waited from noon to 4:30 but no one showed up and no one called me to inform or explain of why no one show up or they would be late. I had to call Bestbuy several times and finally a manager from installation team called me but that guy didn't even know why no one called me or whereabouts of the installation crew.

Beautiful, user friendly, excellent quality with reasonable price.

Looked at the wiring for the ovens and told my wife: “whoever wired this didn’t wire this correctly I won’t install.” My wife then called me and put the installer on the phone and he began to tell me that the oven wiring was wrong and that I should’ve have known better. I proceeded to ask him what needed to be done and he said that it must hard wired and not a 4 prong outlet. I then asked him if he was capable of doing the work and what did he need, (I was at ACE hardware store less then 10 minutes away from the house.). He said he could not wait for 10 minutes. I was furious to say the least. He is the installer and he didn’t bring everything he needed? I never received a call telling me how the oven should be wired and the electrian wired it for a standard oven. I feel this was terrible customer service. To blame someone else because he didn’t have a $5.00 junction box. At the end of the conversation he said someone would call me within 20 minutes to reschedule. I have yet to hear from anyone...
