    The Guys from Quality Kitchen connect the electric wall oven to 15 Amp rather than 40 Amp. The Oven had to be disconnected and I called third party electrician to be correctly connected. Quality Kitchen also charge extra $160.00 for 10 minutes job to widen some area of the cabinet. They said ,they do not work for Best Buy and are independent.

    Not impressed with Geek Squad on this install. It was a difficult fit as it replaced an older unit that was about 1/4" smaller. Had to remove the trim around the cabinet opening to get it to fit, then I had to hire a carpenter to replace it. That was not the installers fault, but the microwave door has to be opened and shut hard before you can use it. Not sure why.

    Oven is great but BB Installation process is absolute worst I have ever encountered. Made appt for 8am-12 pm installation and received confirmation reminder email the day before. After taking off work, and waiting patiently until 2 pm, no one ever called us nor showed. When I called BB they said there was a mixup and no one would be coming that day!!!!!! Are you &#@* KIDDING!! Completely unprofessional and unbelievable that this would ever happen after dropping over $3000 for the product and living up to my part of the deal- I took off of work to be there in that stupid 4 hour window but for them to NEVER SHOW that day is outrageous and unacceptable. The sales manager felt terrible and apologized and gave us a small credit. Guess what- they rescheduled delivery for the next week between 8-12, and once again- no call until after the 8-12 window passed and he ended up showing around 2:30pm. The 4 hour window is bad enough but to never call before the 8-12 time period expires if you cannot make it on time is also not acceptable! Our time is valuable too!! What a cluster &*$ ! This is not the first time we had trouble with their install services- should have known. Love BB but hate their installation services. Hopefully someone in leadership listens to this and fixes these problems.

    I was contacted the day prior to my scheduled exchange / installation of my double oven by both Best Buy and XTO. This is my fourth attempt to get my oven right - the microwave on the Bosch unit doesn't work. I was confirmed by both phone calls for the next day between 8 and noon. When 12:05 came and went, I spent 20 minutes on the phone on hold with Best Buy, only to be told that I would need to talk to the installation company, so I called them and within a few minutes was told that I needed to contact Best Buy. The installation company XTO went to the warehouse to pick up the double oven and it wasn't available. They said "oh, you were supposed to be contacted by Best Buy about this" and given the main number to call back at Best Buy. I again wait on hold for what seemed like 20 minutes and was told that the unit is not available from the manufacturer yet, but was told I could schedule delivery for 3 weeks out. I pressed repeatedly as to how could they schedule me when they don't have it in the warehouse and was told that this is when they think it will be available. I was told I could either possibly get it in three weeks or go to the store and order something else. Incredulous and beyond frustrated.
