We were having 5 appliances installed, we are building a new home. 2 out of the 5 were dented and had to be taken back. THe arrival window was 10:00 - 1:00. We PAID for the electrician to be there so that the ovens could be installed. At 5:43, the installers from Best Buy FINALLY made it, by that time the electrician had left. So, I paid for installation but they never installed. It's sitting on the floor now waiting for electrician. We have had so many issues with Best Buy installation that I would think twice about every buying appliances from Best Buy again. THe one bright spot is that the manager of the Bellevue Best Buy, (Billy) has been fantastic to work with. I would have never gotten my issues straightened without physically going into the store and working with him.

Would give a zero if I could. We had originally purchased the double oven and installation with Best Buy. Just before the scheduled installation date, we found out that the oven was not available for several months. Cancelled the oven, but found another so just rescheduled the installation. Advised the installation company of the situation. They called us using the wrong phone number the day of the installation saying there was no oven at Best Buy. Since they called the wrong number, we didn't answer. When they didn't show for the installation, contacted Best Buy and was advised they had rescheduled us because they couldn't reach us. Their next available date was more than a week away, so we cancelled the installation. And to top it all off, found out the oven was going to be installed by a plumbing company and Best Buy gave us trouble getting a refund for the installation that didn't occur. I'd have great difficulty ever purchasing anything from Best Buy again.

The process of purchasing, delivery and (so far) use of the products I purchase went fine. The installers were good and did an adequate job putting the items in. However, coordination with Best Buy, the installers, and me was HORRIBLE. I basically had to act as a general contractor and manage each part of the process. Many calls, much confusion, numerous different times recited to me for delivery and installation...very spasmatic

This Thermador double wall oven was never installed, it is still sitting in my garage. The on site measuring appointment was worthless and the cabinet was not prepared correctly according to the installer on Dec. 15. I hired a contractor to prepare it the next day. They were supposed to come back again today a week later to install it and I haven't heard any word from Best Buy on it, very poor or non-existent communication from Best Buy when I call and text Total Tech and my sales representative that sold me this top end appliance. This was ordered in June 2021, it's now Dec. 22nd...the dishwasher install was completed on Dec 15th and it has been just fine. Just still no useable double wall oven. Don't purchase appliances from Best Buy! I paid for professional installation in June and am still waiting....
