the beginning is a bit slow but the graphics are amazing. I haven't spent as much time as I would like on the game yet but I am excited to see where the story line goes.

First of all, this is coming from the perspective of somebody that is a big fan of old-school, hardcore RPGs. Also, to put things in perspective, I played the first Dragon Age on PC, and thought it was good but not great, and skipped the second game because I heard it was badly dumbed-down. Lastly, this is somewhat of a review in progress since I've only played DA:I for a few hours. OK, so firstly I think that DA:I is a really nice looking game. The environments look great, and the character models are decent enough. The combat is OK, but not great. You can play combat as an action-RPG, which although it's not my preference, it does feel solid. I'm VERY glad that it does have a turn-based with pause strategic option! I've heard that the 2nd game lacked this option. The strategic option is what I primarily used, and it works OK, except that Indoors the camera cannot pan out far enough to let you get a tactical view. That's frustrating. Having not played 2, I'm slightly fuzzy what's going on in the storyline, but that's not the game's fault. As far as the depth of gameplay and immersiveness of the game, it isn't bad, but its not overly impressive in this respect. I've heard that the world is enormous, but I haven't played enough to get a look at much of it. All in all, I'm having some fun with it, but it's not quite the style of RPG that I fall in love with. Still, I would generally recommend this to anybody who likes RPGs like Skyrim, and The Witcher, or anybody (like me) that is just desperate for a decent PS4 RPG. 3 1/2 stars.

I love RPG's and Dragon Age is one of my favorites. This installment ranks up there with the 1st Dragon Age. Lots of things to do & fun to be had.

This is be if my all time favorite games. There is so much to do and the visuals and story telling are top notch. Easily my 2014 game of the year

Great game to follow up in the rest of the series! Does not disappoint in the slightest and brings back the great fun that we all remember from Dragon Age: Origin!

I have put over 350 hrs into this game and still can't get enough. bio ware came thru in a big way with dragon age. Do yourself a favor and play!

The sequel to the original Dragon Age was a bit of a letdown, so it was good to get this series back on track on the new generation systems. Awesome graphics too!

The open world rpg aspect is somsomething that I particularly like. The last dragon age just felt like you were running around different zones, never did I feel like I was actually in a city. This game fixes that by letting you literally run around anywhere you can see. Grear graphics, gameplay is fun, you can run into higher level mobs and get destroyed pretty easily though, at least in the beginning.

It's like WoW but with Warhammer thrown in I love it but all Single Player. However, multi-player is separate from main campaign but fun too!

Great RPG game. So many different characters, weapons, and paths to choose from. It's sure to keep you entertained for a long time

Dragon age: Inquisition is an epic RPG game that always leaves you wanting more playing time as soon as you set down the controller.

Incredible game! Everything I wanted and more! A lot of people say it's a lot like DA2 but I think it's so much better!! Must Buy!

This is a pretty fun game to play. feels somewhat similar to elder scrolls. Lots of items, you can craft weapons, armor, and upgrades as well as potions. Multiple characters to select from for your party. And the story and npc voicing acting is pretty good. The multiplayer though is somewhat limited. Just 3 basic missions you can do with not much difference between them other then the map you play on. Can still be fun and challenging to play though.

Watched my son play this over the holidays and it looks great. I am normally not into these sorts of games but started to play it and am now hooked.

It takes a little used to for first time players to the franchise. But once you get used to all the items. It's pretty fun.

It is one of the best PS4 games. It looks great and runs well. 30 hours of gameplay. A lot better than Dragon age 1 and 2.

This game is great. Large world split up into many differnt terrains. Many side and main quests, Graphics look really good.

There is a ton of depth to this game - create your own character, male/female and several different races each with a unique voice actor. Lots of customization from what you look like to how you play & how you react to situations. Beautiful graphics, great story and hours upon hours of exploration. A must-have for any RPG fan!

Super fun with tons to do and explore. I have logged about 35 hours and feel like I'm just barely scratching the surface.
