Fantastic Fighter
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I fell in love with this game from the moment the announcement trailer was shown at E3 and the hype machine never died down. I waited a bit to review it to see if my opinion would fade post-release, but it has not. If you have any fond memories of MvC 2, or love the Dragon Ball series, then this game is for you. It's made by Arcsoft, otherwise known as the Guilty Gear & Blazblue devs, and their handiwork shows. It's a stellar example of how presentation can make a video game. Everything is flashy and over the top excitement with an easier barrier of entry for the less experienced fight fans. I highly recommend it.

Great game
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dragon Ball Fighterz is a fast paced well made and deserving successor to the Marvel vs. Capcom series. It has all of the action, flash and excitement we have come to expect from that series plus Goku and friends.

Get's boring after 1 week
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a big fan of Dragon Ball, I had great expectations of this game, but after playing 1 week it gets really boring. Especially for people without online access. History mode is that make boring the entire game, just a female Majin buu trying to eat everyone. I had to fight clones in order to fight more clones, those clones look like the already known Dragon Ball characters: Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Gohan, Freezer, Cell, etc., but had different and awful colors. It's always the same thing, I just watch the cutscenes for the prettiness of female Majin buu. The good thing about the game is the graphics and that's it.

Another subpar DBZ game
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Game was hyped up so much, I believed it would be very different from any other DBZ game before it. I expected so much more from the company responsible for Blazblue and my favorite, Guilty Gear. This one is nothing like those games, its just a button masher dressed up as DBZ with beautifull animation. Fighting game fans should stick with the classics (Tekken, Street Fighter, Guilty Gear, etc). This game is for kids.
