My review isn’t based on the game i didn’t get it i purchased the game online Roadie driver delivered it to a different address the driver admitted fault so roadie opened a claim with Best Buy to replace the game Best Buy customer service keeps spinning me in a circle

The game becomes a pattern and from a game of this level just wanted more variation in the combat

Service was great but inside the case was damaged and my disk was loose sliding around inside.

I pre-ordered the game, but it didn't come with the pre-order bonus. I reached out to customer service, and they said they only had a limited quantity of games with the bonus included. The issue here is that their website was selling the game as a pre-order, even though they knew not everyone would receive the bonus.

I bought this videogame in the best buy website that mentioned that they had the product in store, the next day I got a notification that my product wasn't in stock and that I had to wait until they had more news. I would've bought it somewhere else. Fortunately it was just a one day delay.

Came fast but item was already open when received despite buying brand new
