Selling products not in stock

I would've bought it somewhere else. Fortunately it was just a one day delay.

I hope they make it right with everyone because I see that they done this to a plethora of people. It's honestly a shame....

Was told Pre Order info would be sent to my email. It was not. Came to store to inquire as to how to claim my bonus, was told theres no way because it wasn’t in the receipt.

Cant use the preorder bonus like I was hoping. Will change review when (and if) its delivered.

The game looks amazing though I recommend to get it in other retails.

Game never made it my way instead they push back the delivery date to 5 days after release date!

NO DELIVERY ON RELEASE DATE

Purchased yesterday with a “Guaranteed Delivery” on release day (today). No updates from Best Buy or FedEx aside from “Label Printed”. Extremely upset as I will be going away for the next few days and will now need a 3rd party to secure my package for me.

Now I won’t be able to play in 1-2 weeks because I don’t have the time. I won’t recommended to delivery proccess because of this. First time delivery and this happens.
