Was told it would arrived on the 10/11 and received emails confirming but Still hasn’t even been shipped. The game looks amazing though I recommend to get it in other retails.

Best buy claim that the game was going to be delivered on release date. Game never made it my way instead they push back the delivery date to 5 days after release date!

The Game isnt arriving it says its supposed to but still hasnt will change if game arrives …!! Smh Change carriers to something more reliable then On Trac…!!!!

*REVIEW IS BASED OFF BEST BUY FALSE ADVERTISING* I have not played the game yet, so this review is for Best Buy’s ordering system. Purchased yesterday with a “Guaranteed Delivery” on release day (today). No updates from Best Buy or FedEx aside from “Label Printed”. Extremely upset as I will be going away for the next few days and will now need a 3rd party to secure my package for me.

The game had not arrived and it is supposed to arrived today but nothing. Now I won’t be able to play in 1-2 weeks because I don’t have the time. I won’t recommended to delivery proccess because of this. First time delivery and this happens.

I dont know why I ever use Bestbuy. When you preorder they always say it will arive on the day of release, but you shouldnt expect it for at least a week. You're better off using another site if you want it sooner.

I would of gladly bought it in store on the dame day of release but bestbuy said “buy it today get it tomorrow” i waited all day foe tracking to say Tuesday smh. Just canceled my order this is a joke

I preordered this game but still not yet delivred. It should be here already My son is heart broken … never gonna buy from best buy again.

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero is one of the best games this year! The game captures the essence of the anime with impressive visuals, fast-paced combat, and an extensive character roster. The controls are easy to pick up, making it accessible for newcomers, while the combo depth offers a challenge for seasoned players. The story mode revisits iconic moments, adding nostalgia, though it can feel repetitive at times. Overall, it’s a solid, fun fighting game that stays true to the Dragon Ball spirit.

My delivery was delayed but only by a day. That aside, this game surprised me! I was just messing around with it over the weekend to see what it is like, and I kept getting sucked into it. The few times I was "trying it out, I found myself playing for over and hour a session. I didn't even play any mode other than practice and vs mode against the CPU. So, if I am just spending a few hours practicing and getting a feel of the game without yet playing the other modes it has, I think that says a lot,

This games deserves all gbe acollades it has been receiving. Could not ask for a better Dragon Ball game!

GREAT update to the DB game series. Forget about Xenoverse and Xenoverse 2. The hype around this game is REAL.

Don't buy from Best Buy. I preordered the Ultimate edition in June. I did not receive my preorder bonus. I have spoke on the phone with Best Buy customer service, as well as sending several emails as well. They have "referred it to upper management". They say they gave one solution, to check the games add on content, as if it was auto installed, or to call Sony support. Then the number they gave is for Sony Electronics support, as in Televisions and hardware, which when I called was told it was the wrong number. The whole process is garbage. I even went so far as to reach out to Bandai Namco, in which they responded to my first message but then asked for more information and have yet to respond again after I follwed up over a week ago as of writing 10/20/24. To all the reviewers saying to check your email or your order status, you are wrong. I received no email, and its not in my orders. If it was when I emailed and called Best Buy they would ahve told me so, but instead when they check they did see that I did not receive it.

Not sure how something that is supposed to be arriving on 10/11 still hasn’t arrived. So if i got that right best buy hasn’t received a single copy of the game or its just blatant incompetence.

I pre ordered online to pick it up today 10/11 and the game is still not ready, ive been getting text messages from best buy saying “Best Buy: It's taking us longer than expected to get your pre-order ready. We'll let you know when it's ready for pickup.”
