Wrong Description, False Advertising!

Only one was in stock at the store so I had to redo that item into a shipping order. When I went to pickup the store pickup, it was the wrong edition, unlike the Day One Edition in the product title and as pictured. The employees did not know the difference neither. The one shipped to me was the wrong edition too. When I went to return both instore, they could only return the items' value using store credit and not a refund when I clearly made the purchase on my Best Buy credit card within the return policy time frame. The employee could not tell me why that was the only option, saying that's just how the system is. Best Buy took my money, forcing me to make a future purchase there, when it was their fault to begin with!
