There hasn't been a new Dragon quest in years, this one has many excellent vignettes with interesting stories/characters.

If you have played DQ7 before, or even if you haven't, buy this game. There are street pass extras and it's a great game.

Dragon Quest VII streamlines and demystifies a classic Dragon Quest title. Though it significantly speeds up the introductory pace, the game still shows considerable age.

I got this at my local Best Buy. I got this game for my brother for Christmas. He really likes the Dragon Quest series.

This game is great, however, the game starts off really slow. After you get past hour 6 the game gets really gripping.

The game does a lot of things right. I can't believe I am going to say this, but this game is just too big. You're looking at 100 hours to complete. So the bang for the buck is fantastic, but it drags along a little.

Another great entry in the series. If you like traditional RPG's you must add this one to your library.

Having played the other dragon quest in the series, I am looking forward to many hours playing this one.

Really like the game. I love the witty writing in DQ games. Can't wait for Journey of the Cursed King next.

This game gets off to a bit of a slow start, but if you stick it out it quickly becomes very fun and charming.

I wasn't able to play the original, but this one captures the sense of adventure I've heard about it.

It's awesome and everything is good(story,music,battle,graphics....) I highly recommend picking this up.

Dragon Quest VII is a sensitive update of a 16-year-old JRPG that captures the spirit of the respected original, though it doesn’t quite fill in all of the wrinkles of its outdated design.

It's a good game. If you don't know any better it's too late for you already.

Really great improved RPG from the PS1 classic. Really long, you'll get your money's worth!

This is a remake of a great classic and I would recommend it to fans and newcomers alike.
