Maybe it's because I'm a 90s kid, but I'm tired of games that drop you in a massive world and force a billion sidequests on you. DQXI is a fresh take on classic RPGs that stick to the main story and offer you some freedom while focusing on a meaty, meaningful quest.

Dragon Quest XI is a great adventure filled with characters that are likable. As with RPGs this game is a lengthy one which is not a bad thing and definitely worth the investment. I have really enjoyed my time with it and am looking forward to putting in a lot more.

I loved Dragon Quest 8 and I think this version is even better. The graphics are beautiful and I love the monster details. It is definitely more of a leisurely adventure, so it takes some patience to get the most out of it. Once you get used to that, you'll love it.

I'm only 10 hours in but I have to say this series just gets better with each new addition. the options with play style allow an old school type like myself to choose each move when I want or let the A.I. take over when I get lazy. in short very glad I bought it.

I’m waiting for DQ series to come to the west epecially on PS4 for a long time, and DQXI doesn’t let me down. It’s a great traditional JRPG style for the fan who love turn-based style combat and played DQ qiluite sometime. Grap it if you are the big Fan of JRPG.

For decades now, Dragon Quest has been one of the definitive JRPG franchises. The 11th installment is no exception. Dragon Quest XI has a lovely story and a world that is truly a joy to explore. You will have a smile on your face the entire time you play.

This is the best Dragon Quest ever made, which is quite a statement. It's an excellent JRPG that you wouldn't want to miss. The game delivers a classic JRPG adventure with smart tweaks that make it feel like a more modern take on the genre.

Dragon Quest XI is the entry that will bring the series into the modern age. It still retains all of its Dragon Quest charm, but it has all the quality of life changes that really allows it to stand tall among the other current titans in the RPG genre.

Excellent JRPG. Probably the best in my honest opinion. If you're interested in trying a JRPG, start here. Voice acting is fully British so a bit immersion breaking for me personally,but the story is quite intriguing.

Very long game featuring a loveable cast of characters travelling the world together. The artwork and voice acting are really top notch in this game. The battles are turn based like old school RPGs so keep that in mind if that is or isn't your thing.

I've always wanted to try a DQ game and I'm so glad I did! This game looks amazing and is a very fun JRPG. Tons of content. Looking forward to the post game stuff I keep hearing about! I will probably also pick it up when it comes out for the Switch!

This is my first time playing a dq game and I love it. I first got the switch version and put 150+ hours into the game. Fantastic and just fun. So good I had to get it on PS4. Must have for any RPG fan. You won't be disappointed!

What can I say about Dragon Quest XI that has not already been said. The cast of characters is interesting and diverse. The graphics are amazing and the combat is classic Dragon Quest with some changes. If you like Dragon Quest you will love this game.

Dragon Quest XI is a distilled, energetic, mathematically elegant epic that takes what I love most about traditional dungeon crawlers and masterfully iterates on the formula. Dragon Quest XI seems to be a simple return to the single-player RPG format.

This is a great game! I was a little worried it would be to young for me but I have been enjoying this story. Its not as intense as a Zelda or Final Fantasy game from the game play but play similar.

I love a good RPG and this is no exception. I love the turn based combat that gives me the old school feelings. The story is pretty solid as well. I already have close to 30 hours into the game and can imagine sinking plenty more in!

I finally am neck deep into this game and am really enjoying it. Be prepared, it is long. And that is not even with me doing all the optional side items, only some. The graphics are gorgeous on my 55 inch tv, on a base ps4.

One of the best purchases I've made for the PS4, if you are in to jrpgs, you will likely love this game. Good graphics, gameplay, and a lengthy story. A must have!
