This was the only reason to purchase here over any other retail and not giving it at launch is pretty ridiculous

Customer service was useless, as per usual, as they lack insight on the matter. I was told to call three different numbers and they all gave me different answers. Pretty disappointed, as I’m sure most of us were looking forward for the case.

Otherwise look elsewhere because it also has the same issues as the first game. Now if you're new to Dragon's Dogma, then I would suggest that you give the first game a try first before diving into this one. It's very cheap at the moment.
