No GD steelbook even after 3 online employees told me that all pre orders come with the steel book. Unreal. Best buy is Fn trash.

Game is fantastic, review is 1 start because of no pre-order bonus, despite it being it the description when pre-ordering game. I purchased here simply for the pre-order bonus, and got the game late because of it.

Did not get the promised pre order bonus and the game is loaded with microtransactions for a single player game. For the price of the game the added microtranactions are a slap in the face. Corporate greed

Pre ordered and a week later after official release still waiting on arrival of game. I could’ve drove an hour to pick it up from the store on day of release. Unacceptable for a preorder. Booo Best Buy

Pre-order service sucks! I received the Steel Book but no game… game is set to be delivered four days after release. Will no longer use Pre-order service!

Did not come with the pre order steelcase that was put out by bestbuy itself. As a collector of physical media in a digital era it was a let down.

Learning the combat and classes is a blast! The character creator is superb. The world is vast, intricate and thrilling to explore. The graphics are state of the art. The game has the pawn system to create the perfect AI partner to explore with. I really love what I’ve played so far! 40 hours in so far. Get in on this one! The game is selling well so they’ll be lots of expansion and support for the game going forward! If you like Elder Scroll games you’ll at least like this one. The combat is even better.

It's always amusing seeing the plethora of people who have clearly never pre-ordered from Best Buy before when it comes to pre-order bonuses. They generally come after the game gets to you. So these one star reviews here don't really mean anything in regards to the actual games quality. It's a good game but as pretty inconsistent performance

gonna be honest, writing this review for a chance to win a $400 giftcard. the game is really fun tho! it's not for everyone, but the things that may annoy u may make the game for others. utterly unique within the open-world genre for it's myriad of systems that make the game a pain in the same way a tough hike is. idk how better to explain it.

I’m trying to get a GOD honest review of this game from the masses and you guys are flooding the comment section whining about the steel book. I GET IT! ITS A LOGICAL COMPLAINT BUT Y’ALL GOT NEW COMERS LOOKING AT ALL THESE ONE STARS AND IT DOESN’T HELP THE BOTTOM LINE. NO.MORE.ONE.STARS! I feel like the lil homie from “Next Friday” with the “no closed doors” line telling y’all this! Cool game though

All you people 1 staring the game because you got bad customer service should go to the actual best buy page and 1 star the store not the game. Its not the games fault you got bad customer service... anyways, great game, everything they said it would be.

This is the most fun I've had in a long time. I find that I can't stop playing it. I really enjoyed part one and have to admit that I was pretty skeptical about part 2 because my expectations were so high but after starting the game, I found myself playing it every chance I got. I don't think I've ever played my PlayStation 5 so much.

How do you not understand that? Don't blame this game for a blunder in shipping or pre-order bonus. If you want to one star best buy, go onto Google and do it. Leave the gaming companies alone for the love of God, quit your destructive whining! Game is solid BTW, 10/10
