Great machine. No issues. Leaves floor clean and with a shine.

I love it, I didn't expect much when I bought it but it surprised me when it started cleaning. I just turn it on from the app and rest watching it cleaning.

Great vacuum, It is easy to operate and it talks to you and lets you know what it is doing. Big items get stuck, so make sure no big items are on the ground. The mopping is not the best, but it is good to clean up small spots. I love the self cleaning of the pads

The setup and operating instructions left a lot to be desired. The use of a board to isolate a couch or room divider is not the high tech I paid for. It does mop and vacuum well once you get it setup.

Bought this vacuum back in December and have had nothing but issues with it. When we first received the vacuum, we were able to set it up, and use it once or twice before issues arose. The first issue we experienced was a laser sensor error. You could have the vacuum start the cleaning process, but then it would just erratically ride around without cleaning anything. When you attempted to have it go back home, it would go in circles and not be able to dock itself. Contacted Dreame, and they had us ship it to them for repairs, which was easy enough, and they had the vacuum back to us very quickly. We got the vacuum back, but had to re-map the house. This time, the vacuum only moved at a crawl and took almost 2 hours to map the house. When you would set the vacuum to clean, it would move at a snails pace and again not clean the floor. Contacted Dreame again, and same thing, had to send it in for repairs. Again, we received the vacuum back very quickly (suspiciously quickly), but we tried it yet again. Had to re-map the house again but the vacuum was moving as you would expect this time. Now, after only being able to use the vacuum a few times, we are back to having a laser sensor issue and have to go through the trouble of contacting Dreame yet again. It seems as though we have a defective unit, and hope for an appropriate solution to our problem. We've decided to move away from the robot vacuums and go back to a traditional vacuum, because this vacuum has been absolutely nothing but problems. Will update the review with results from Dreame.

The only drawback is that the return policy is 15 days because this is a “marketplace seller” and doesn’t qualify for the Best Buy member 60 day return poilcy.

Great purchase. I have gone through many a robo vac, and this one by far is the best. With 3 dogs, the Dreame makes my life so much easier.

EXCELLENT ITEM. I WOULD BUY IT AGAIN. The installation was easy and I love the size of the water containers.

Best purchase of the year! So easy to set up the Dreame from their app and it has helped us tremendously to keep our house clean.
