These cameras are awesome at keeping track of what is going on in my house. The infrared is great in pitch dark. I like the feature to hear what's going on as well as being able to speak to anyone in my house. The notifications are great as well although they can get overwhelming when there is a lot of activity.

$10 a month for something I dont use a whole lot (looking back at footage) is more than I would like to pay. I would be more ok with it if I could add more cameras and pay the same $10. I do like the zone feature, it is really handy. Excited to see where Google is with these in a couple years.

This was my second Dropcam Pro camera. I cannot say one bad thing about it. It is well worth the cost. Top of the line. Some may feel the cloud recording is pricey but it is second to none. Very happy. HD is superior. I might get another one. You can't go wrong with this.

Using it as a baby monitor. Wish they sold an accesorie monitor because keeping it open all night on the phone or tablet is not ideal. Also wished they had a temperature sensor on the camera. Overall great product and we look forward to using it for security when the kid gets older.

The dropcam, now called the nestcam is offers great video quality with very versatile functionality. The only thing missing is minimal free cloud storage.

I like having an eye on my home and I can remote in when needed. When it is dark however the video shows big letters across the screen and I can't see the dark. I would rather have a dark screen and be able to see some general movement than letters across my screen.

This is a great camera for monitoring and communicating remotely. The optional recording works great as well. I have tried others and this one is the best.

Bought 2 cameras, was easy to setup. Price was a little higher than I wanted to pay, especially for the recording services, but overall I'm pleased with this product.

Purchased this camera because of the reviews, and tv commercials seemed great. Once I got it home, opened the box a read the instructions I realized you need to pay for a monthly service plan to use it. Returned it without ever unpacking it. I ordered just a simple security camera for half the price and it works just fine for my needs. Stores images on an optional 16 to 64 gig smart card. I gave this 3 stars because it looks very well made and I can't knock something that I never really tried. I assume it would work great, .....just that you'll never be done paying for it.

Easy to set up. Good picture in low light setting (emergency exit sign provides enough illumination). Being subscription based is a bit of a bummer for a nominal monthly expense for peace of mind. Hopefully in the future you will be able to export video via email or being able to save unto a hard drive. Portability of the unit is a plus. If you have areas of concern in your business you can easily move it around periodically as long as you have a power source near by and within WiFi range. Would love to be a Dropcam location/site that they use for demo purposes on their website.

Bought this product due to a burglary that occurred on New Years eve and it has most definitely served its purpose well. You can set alert zones so that if there is movement in that area you have designated you get an email with 10 mins.
