I was concerned about upgrading from my PS3 to the PS4 but everything has been great. This controller is similar enough to the PS3 version that I did not struggle at all with it. The ergonomics are great for everyone from my 10 year olds to my 15 year old and even this old man. Sony always makes a quality product and this is no exception.

Works as I wanted it to. Easy to charge and begin using.

The color is great and the battery lasts about twice as long as the older version, which is great. One thing to lookout for on these revised dual shock controllers though is that the edges where the seams connect on the handles don't seem to align well anymore. We have purchased 4 new ones in multiple colors and they all have the same defect. This causes the controller to feel rough in your hand and actually cause irritation after long periods of use. We had to scrape down the edges at the seam to make them feel smooth.

Works great! My old controller was starting to drift so I decided to get a new one and I don't regret it. The controller came packaged well with no damages. It was brand new and played flawelessly. The red is also a nice touch!

I wanted to try unofficial controls for the price, but having this control definitely removes all doubt about buying an original control. Nothing like its quality, weight, functionality that does not fail.

Seriously good game gear by Sony! Good feel, precise control. Battery life could be better (or a better sleep mode to conserve battery?)

The remote is a classic. Came in pristine condition and with my membership if it breaks I can come in for a new one

Standard PS4 controller but needed a new one. It works great and as expected. I know there’s off brands and cheaper ones but I try to stick with the brand ones - always been better for me.

Love the color of the remote and works well. Very disappointing delivery service. I paid extra for earlier delivery and it took more than a week after the promised date. I understand this is out of best buys control but it was still not acceptable

Basically what you have is the standard PS4 controller just in a bright blue shell. The colored controller is a little slicker than your standard contoller. Note sure why that is since they are all made out of the same type of plastic but it is. Same old dog no new tricks. Unless you what a controller you can specifically claim as your own in a house of gamers, there is no need to pay the extra $10 and get a colored controller as there are no advantages to the change. However if you like mods as most gamers do, changing up from the standard black contoller is a nice change.

Works excellent as expected! Using this controller for my pc and it’s very Good , no problems and works straight out the box !

Love the design of the ps4 controller and I got this one on sale for a $5 discount plus used rewards for another $10 off! I do look forward to a less expensive version knockoff though since the normal price is pretty high. I highly recommend the best buy warranty on everything. I have used it multiple times without any hassles.

This controller is amazing, great quality just as the fellow PS4 Dual Shock 4 controllers, but the grey original PS color is just awesome. I love it. I just wish I could play Crash Bandicoot with this control.

Better battery life than the original controller that came with ps4, works great and i just love the longer battery life. thank you best buy :)

Great quality. Easy to use and hold for long periods of game play. Only negative is after a while the controller gets stick drift

Excellent ease of use. Perfect for playing on my Playstation 4 and for playing CALL OF DUTY MOBILE on my Galaxy Z Fold 4 phone. I'm worried that the thumb stick will give me problems in the future because of wear and tear. Sony Playstation should give life guarantees on controllers. Like some of the other third-party othe vendors. Sony Playstation needs to upgrade the quality and technology of the controllers of Playstation 4.

While I know there are some higher-end 3rd party controllers out there, this Sony unit is all I need. Works as expected, holds a great charge. Not sure what else one could expect. This was a replacement for a controller that was simply worn out from a few years use.
